Self catering luxury log cabins minimum 2 nights. Please contact us regarding pets.

Avocet Lodge:-

2x double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, 1x ensuite with bath

and shower, 1x main bathroom with shower. Ix utility cupboard with washing machine and freezer. Open plan living room, kitchen and dining. 1x dishwasher and basic appliances. Patio doors open to a lakeside decking area with hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating. Guests are advised to supply their own towels for the duration of their stay.

Bittern Lodge:-

2x double bedrooms, 1x twin bedroom, 1x bathroom with shower. Open plan kitchen and dining. 1x dishwasher and basic appliances. Patio doors open to lakeside decking area with hot tub, BBQ and seating area.

Self catering luxury log cabins minimum 2 nights. We ask for a 30% deposit upon booking, balance to be paid in full six weeks before arrival date. Please contact us regarding pets.

Family friendly, travel cot and high chair available on request. All bedding is provided, please provide your own towels for the duration of your stay. we are pet friendly and do accept dogs, however we do prefer 1 any more than 1 we will ask for a charge per day. (no more than 2) which can be negotiated directly with us.

Safety Features:-

Fire extinguisher, smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide. disability accessible.

Friendly reminder, please try to avoid staining or marking bed linen, as many items then have to be disposed of which is both costly not only to the business but most importantly the environment.

“Lakeside retreat”

Well presented lakeside lodge with all the things you need for a week away. Idyllic location close to the entrance to the park and also close enough to the attractions and entertainment facility. The owner was very helpful upon arrival and lives on site so help is there if you need it.

“Perfect”

Perfect location on the lake, spacious living space and a cosy outdoor area looking out on the lake with a hot tub, dining table and outdoor sofa too- we spent most of the week outside. Eating, fishing, playing cards. Comfy beds and everything you could need inside for cooking etc.

“Avocet lodge Tattersall”

Owners were on hol so no one to greet us, an instruction pack would have been good along with a welcome pack. TV/dvd no instructions sound not working properly. Because of the weather drains over flowed causing toilet to flood this will happen again so needs looking into. Apart from that beautiful lodge in beautiful surroundings will definitely re-book again .

“Stay at lodge”

We had a great time at this lodge was like home from home with all you will need for a great stay. Location was spot on for fishing with lake being only a few meters from the lodge. Would recommend fishing between 18.00 to 23.00 where I had great catches of bream and a few carp close in. Sue and Brendon did all the could to ensure we had a trouble free stay. Would book again to stay at this lodge Thanks the kemp Family

Avocet Lodge was a great place to stay. Had everything that you need for home comfort. The hot tub and fishing a few steps away are a huge bonus.
