This terraced cottage in the Lincolnshire village of Tealby sleeps two people in one bedroom.Acorn Cottage is a cosy terraced cottage in the rural village of Tealby near Market Rasen. Accessed by steep cottage stairs, the first floor sleeps two people in one double bedroom and is completed by a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room with dining area, including a Smart TV and a warming electric fire and a well-equipped kitchen from which you have access to a pretty lawned garden with patio and furniture, perfect for dining alfresco, as well as roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. The surrounding area offers a whole host of opportunities for excellent days out, including the Donna Nook National Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts and the historic city of Lincoln. Acorn Cottage is the perfect base from which to enjoy a romantic break away in the lovely Lincolnshire countryside.

Amenities: Gas central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric woodburner-effect stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis outside property. Secure outdoor bike storage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. One small well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Mobile signal intermittent in cottage but signal outside of property. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Region: From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

Town: The small market town of Market Rasen is situated on the River Rase and offers Georgian architecture, shops, pubs and riverside walks. The city of Lincoln is within driving distance and has an 11th century castle, cathedral and a number of shops.
