Glamping holidays in our tranquil Kent meadows, wildlife, fresh air and open skies!
Relax and unwind amidst glorious countryside in a beautiful rural environment. Along a quiet country lane, yet easily accessible by road or rail, ideal central Kent location for London from about an hour with a wide variety of local attractions and activities.
Close to small villages with shops, village pubs, walking distance to popular Pub, Restaurant(s) and shop.
Large area accommodating from one to six tents, each with plenty of your own space, including for each group dedicated, toilets, showers, kitchens, gas BBQ s and firepits, so there is no sharing of facilities with those outside of your group.
Prices are for up to 2 adults and 2 children per tent. Other combinations would require price confirmation before booking. We accommodate couples, single families, multigenerational family gatherings or groups of families or couples, we can also accept sedate groups of single guests.
We offer a retreat style, back to nature, countryside experience. If you're looking for, somewhere to enjoy the great outdoors, family fun, bbq s walks and cycle rides fresh air and wildlife, quiet nights, a place to return to and relax after a day or night out , this would suit you well, at the end of the day drift off under a canopy of stars…..

Glamping includes our gorgeous 5metre natural and waterproof cotton bell tents, lovely warm duvets or sleeping bags, towels and hot showers, cutlery and crockery, have a local meal delivered or cook dinner on our gas bbq s ( gas incl) , enjoy a mug of hot chocolate or wine by the campfires in the evenings.
Please note that whilst this is a great place for a family celebration or get together it is a quiet site offered for holidays or retreats and not as a music or party venue. Please check your plans for suitability and ask for a price confirmation. No Pets. No Smoking indoors. No Fireworks. No music or night time noise, all quiet after 11pm please.
Glamping incl airbeds, ( these tents have a limited number of standard bed mattresses on request on booking if necessary) bedding, towels and equipment ( BBQ s incl gas, Fire pit with some firelogs, utensils etc)
Book an individual tent with its own facilities, part of or the whole site for your family get together, on request.
Can include goodwill early arrival late departure extension on request to include all day Sunday or book to stay until Monday.
We recommend guests take out personal travel insurance to cover any eventualities as is usual with any foreign or UK holiday. Including cover for groups and Covid 19 which is now available. If you choose not to take out UK travel insurance, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

“Magical”
We really can't thank you enough for having us. It was totally perfect. We rented this for my pals hen do and it exceeded all our expectations. The photos just can't do it justice. It's very set away from everything in a stunning valley, a large sheltered communal area allowed us to stay out even if it did drizzle at any point, which it hardly did. We were given so many logs to keep us warm on the multiple choice of fire places (which all have racks to cook on). The kitchen had a gas stove to cook on with equipment so we really hardly needed to bring anything with us. As far as clamping goes this is well beyond 5*. Care has been given to every aspect for total comfort, allowing us space for on site fun and to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. Thank you hugely, and if you have any sense you absolutely must stay here!
