Description

Based in Tingrith the Stables at Manor Farm has been beautifully converted to a 3-bedroomed self-catering cottage. With self contained garden area and easy parking. Oak floors, beams and central heating throughout make the Stables a very comfortable choice.
Sorry no smoking and no pets.
Travel cot and high chair are available on request.
All bedrooms are ensuite (walk in showers) and have a TV. One bedroom with Super king bed or two singles, One double bedroom and one with twin beds. DVD player in the double bedrooms.
A large, stylish and contemporary living area with all the convenieces of modern living, comprising fridge/freezer, hob+oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV and DVD player. WiFi connection.
Manor Farm is a working arable farm, for there safety children must be under supervision at all times.
For holiday accomodation, business travellers and week-end breaks we are ideally situated. Tingrith is in easy reach of a huge amount of FUN, 5 minutes from Junction 12 on M1, main line rail links and Luton Airport is 12 miles. Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton are all within 20 minutes. Historic Woburn Abbey/Safari park, Dunstable Downs and the Chilterns also a short drive. Oxford and Cambridge are under hour away.

“Like Coming Home”

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The most comfortable beds to sleep in and everything you need to cook up a storm. Great surroundings and close to the sights. Didn’t want to leave!!

Lovely quiet cottage with a well laid out lounge/diner/kitchen and 3 ensuite bedrooms with super comfy beds making it perfect for families with older kids. Great location for visiting Woburn, Bletchley Park and only 40mins to The Making of Harry Potter. Lovely welcome from Claire - Thank you.
