Description

Mole Hole was formerly part of the old dairy. It has now been converted into a cosy one bedroom cottage that would suit a couple or a single person who wishes to enjoy a break in the countryside.

It has views over two courtyards, where guests can relax on the patio and use the BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen and furnished dining and living areas are open plan and the kitchen contains a range of high quality units, electric cooker, induction hob, fridge & dishwasher.

The bedroom is fully furnished and benefits from a king size bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Each cottage benefits from underfloor heating, flat screen TV’s, bluetooth sound system, and free WIFI. You will also find a guide book in your cottage with helpful information for your stay and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The site has a large laundry room where washing facilities are available.

Well behaved pets are welcome. A small pet service fee of £20 per pet is requested, with a maximum of 2. Please read our terms and conditions regarding pets.

Getting around

Ideally a car would be useful to get around however there are taxi, bus and train services nearby, the nearest train stations being Northampton and Milton Keynes.

The cottages are self catering and you will be provided with access codes for the main gate and to the key safe to gain entry to your cottage. Although there is not a reception on site we provide you with contact details, should you require any support during your stay.

“This collection of converted farm buildings is truly a hidden gem”

Hidden away, tranquil countryside and yet so very convenient for the local town centre facilities of Towcester and even Northampton.We loved exploring the locality and were surprised to discover the canal and locks within 3 miles where there were 3 different eateries! Our dog loved helping us explore the site and the open field was an added bonus.We would love to return with younger members of the family to have fun on the playpark!Mole Hole itself is surprisingly spacious- ideal for the two of us and Hollie, our dog, with everything we could wish for by way of faclities, from the large comfortable bed, to a very welcome tray of goodies.Thankyou Victoria, we will be planning to return soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
