Romantic farm recently refitted 50 m2 for 2/4 people with pool near Siena.

Rooms: Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, Living room. Double bed and sofa bed. Heating, fireplace, BBQ, charcoal grill, Private Garden.

Pets Welcome

The small farm Poggiolino has become a charming and romantic apartment ideal for two people, although equipped to accommodate up to four.

Expertly renovated remained intact the typical setting of the Tuscan country house: wooden beams at sight wrought iron, brick and hot cooked.

It consists of a large living room wish a sofa bel, dining room, kitchen, big bathroom and a romantic bedroom!.

The spacious garden is equipped with deckchairs, gazebo, beautiful plants and flowers and a table where you can relax, have breakfast and lunch while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the Crete Senesi.

Another feature is the barbecue to prepare a "Florentine" typical beef steak breed "Chianina" which takes its name from the Val di Chiana, the area where the farm is located in a wet Brunello or Chianti DOC with pecorino cheese and our national oil mill cold-pressed (available at the farm)

Trequanda is an ancient and charming village located in the hills between the Chiana valley and the valley of the river Asso.

Surely the foundation of the place in Etruscan although his actual consolidation takes place during the Middle Ages, when the family Cacciaconti there is a castle built in a strategic location along the important road that crosses the town of Asciano, colleague the village of Chiusi to Siena.

Taking the road that leads to Trequanda through Asciano Siena, take the suggestive "Via Delle Crete." The sight that greets visitors at this juncture is touching and joins man to nature through a landscape framed by rolling hills and paths of cypress trees.

Bagno Vignoni, famous since Roman times for its thermal baths of hot water "where summer and winter you can swim", Montalcino, famous worldwide for its wine "Brunello", and Pienza "city born from a thought of love and a dream of beauty "as Giovanni Pascoli wrote. Beyond these places you can easily reach Montepulciano, Montichiello, Castiglione d'Orcia, Rocca d'Orcia, Bagni San Filippo, Radicofani, Monte Follonico, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto and Antimo.

Dear Guest, the house where you are going to stay is the house of my childhood. Since many years I live in the north of Italy so I made of it a place for people who wonts to knows my region, it flavours, it taste and landskape. For this reason i founded a brotherhood "La Confraternita della Chianina" that is a brand name that associates some activities I have choose for my guest because I consider them particolar, like restaurants, wine production, spa..... Before your arrival I give all this information by mail and Maria, takes care of my guest....
