Description

Fabulous standard beachfront apartment, located in one of the finest positions on the coastline with breathtaking open sea views to the front. Tynemouth village is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, where the fabulous range of bars / restaurants and lovely range of shops can be found.

Parking is available at the side on Percy Park via a free permit we provide.

The metro link is also within walking distance to take you into Newcastle.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own private access and patio garden, and has open coastal views from the lounge and master bedroom. See the range of photos. The property is just a couple hundred yards from Cruesoe's beach cafe / restaurant, with 'The View' bar restaurant at the other end of Longsands...

The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people (via two king size beds). There is also a camp bed to sleep one other person (child) and a travel cot for that special little one. Thinking of the little ones, there is also a high chair – so hopefully some of your key needs will be met.

There is a private entrance hallway leads to the beautiful lounge with bay window facing the sea, the property has a high standard fully fitted kitchen and super modern bathroom with shower over bath. There is also Wifi should you need internet access.

Our apartments are professionally cleaned before and after any guest stays (no interim cleaning included)

Long or short lets are available.

Unfortunately, we have a strict No Pets policy at the property for guests.

“Tynemouth grand parade apartment”

Beautiful apartment with sea views and parking around the corner. Very clean with absolutely everything you need. Warm comfortable and tastefully decorated.. I would prefer blackout blinds in bedrooms but that's just me as like pitch black to sleep. Really amazing place and will definitely stay again.. 5 star from me! Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally situated. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. High quality furnishings. Turned chilly but with the heating on we were nice and cosy. Highly recommended.
