“Want for nothing -- and I mean nothing!” From the incredibly spacious and luxurious suites to the world class swimming pool to the on-site massage therapy sanctuaries to the full on-site gym with sauna, steam and soaking tub to the Epicurean theater to the on-site fruit, vegetable and herb garden to the meeting facilities and beyond -- all served up astride one of the most amazing views on St. John -- it's not only possible to spend several weeks here without the need to leave the grounds, it's actually desirable. Still, see the parks and head downtown for some amazing cuisine just to round out the stay. And enjoy one of the best support staffs on the island. Well done, all!

“Re-impressed” I spent time at Great Expectations for one month, each, in 2010 and 2011 with family and friends. We had an amazing time. Its really a beautiful property, and its true, everything you need, they supply. in 2013 we tried a new place on a different island. What a mistake. the place did not live up to its on line review or pics. This year we went back to G E and were even more pleased (which none of us thought was possible)! The new pool is amazing. Infinity in style, large, with amazing views. Can't wait for next year!

“Can't wait to go back!” We loved Villa Mar de amores from the moment we got there. Amazing views, great vibes, lovely decorations, high ceilings, comfy beds, great kitchen, just perfect. It's even nicer than the pictures. We all started smiling when we climbed to the top of the hill in our Jeep. Perfect amount of space for the five of us. Could sit on that deck any time of day and be totally entranced. The owner is great, and the on island managers were also great. We booked the house again for next year before we left!

“Fabulous St. John Get away!” My husband, 16 year old daughter, her friend, and myself vacationed at Villa Catalina from June 5-June 12, 2012. From being met at the ferry dock, Myrtle took care of every need we had. The home was incredible and very comfortable for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms very comfortable, and the beach towels, chairs, and ice chest are a definite plus! Villa Catalina is just minutes from Cruz Bay and very convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. The deck and pool area are great in the mornings and evenings, and the grill was a must have as we cooked plenty meals out in the evenings. There was a grocery on our way back in to the villa which had a great meat selection as well as wines. The thing I think I would say i liked least is the third bedroom being accessed from outside and down stairs. Though this was not a problem for the 4 of us it was just a little inconvenient. What we loved most was the peace and quiet of the area, the great breezes blowing across the decks in the evenings. This was a wonderful place to stay and we cant wait to return. A definite slice of heaven!

“Magical Vacation” Thank You Gail & Curlson for allowing us to rent from you. The instant we got to your place, we felt like we were "home". The location of your property is perfect, a short drive to Red Hook and close to some gorgeous beaches. The villa included many "little" amenities such as beach towels, paper goods, hairdryers, that really made my packing job much easier! The kids had the best time swimming in the pool & hot tub and ask daily when we can go back! I think even breakfast tasted better because we were able to eat it every morning on the patio overlooking St. John and Sapphire Beach. Whenever we had a concern or question, you were a quick phone call or email away. And the place looked exactly as it does in your pictures. This was one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - Take Care!

“Home away from home...but with a view!” I don't know where to begin. This was our first, but definitely not our last, visit to Villa adagio. We have rented several homes on St. John over the past years and they all pale in comparison. Let's start with the pool in the middle of the great room. It's amazing! There is no smell from the chlorine which was my initial concern. It is not heated, which is great, because who needs a heated pool in St. John and the view cannot be beat. Speaking of the view, you will have prime seats for sunset...get your cameras ready. Next, let's talk about the outdoor showers in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. I loved this. What an indulgence coming from a rough winter in the Northeast! Third, the furnishings are lovley. It is very homey and there are so many places both inside and outside to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the surroundings. If you want a change of scenery from the stunning views of the water, head to the front yard which has a lovely lawn and garden. Lastly, if convenience is important to you, then you will be happy here. It is 10 minutes to Cruz Bay and within 5 minutes of the car ferry and grocery store. I have already checked availability for this fall. Don't hesitate...reserve it now!

“Paradise” This was our 3rd visit to St. John and will not be our last. Altagracia was wonderful. The house was so comfortable. Everything was perfect, the pool, the bedrooms, the decks, everything!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs. The bedrooms are spacious. The views from the deck were breathtaking. We loved the fact that the home was close to Cruz Bay. Catered To Management is a very professional group of people, especially Jason. We needed something and he took care of it immediately. Our greeter Michelle was a very special person. Not only did she recommend us to take a day sail on Kekoa, but she followed through with a call to tell us the schedules and who to contact. We all have very special memories from that sail! All in all, we will definitely return to St. John and would love to stay at altagracia! Thanks to all of you for a very special vacation.

“Kallaloo is a peaceful, comfortable house to enjoy with friends” This was our fourth year at Kallaloo, and we have loved it. Until this year we shared it with dear friends who went off sailing in the Bahamas this year on their new boat. So we invited other friends and family to join us. We are moving to a different property next year, but it is not because we haven't thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kallaloo; it is just more than we can manage without regular partners. The location cannot be beat, and the house is well-equipped and comfortable. We will miss our friends, the bananakeets and the hummingbirds. It is a pleasure to deal with the folks at Catered To who are always pleasant and responsive.

“Paradise on St. John” If you're staying on St. John, we highly recommend Francis Bay Estate. Catered To met us off the ferry and were very accommodating is getting us settled. It's a wonderful location, house and grounds. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely laid out. The dining and living room are attached to the kitchen area and make for a friendly arrangement. The two upstairs bedrooms are in a completely separate building. We didn't need air conditioning in the upper bedrooms during our March stay. There are wonderful views, especially at sunset over Francis Bay from the upper deck. The estate has large bedrooms, very comfortable beds and a nice attached bathroom for each room. There's a very large lower patio deck surrounding the pool and three bedrooms on this level. Two king bedrooms are in the separate building as the two upstairs beds and the twin beds are in the same structures as the main house. The lower level bedrooms didn't appear to receive the same breeze as the upstairs rooms. There is some traffic noise from cars downshifting to climb the hill on the road adjacent to the house. Francis Bay beach is a very short walk and a great beach. Bring insect repellant as there are no-see-ums that come out at dusk and bite. There are birds that can be annoyance and will snatch food left on an outside table and that do leave bird droppings on the outdoor furniture. Beyond these two very minor points, Francis Bay is staying at your own private resort. It's about a 25 minute, very scenic drive to town on paved, but very windy roads. Do your grocery shopping before arriving. A 4WD vehicle is recommended.

“My happy place” A beautiful and well maintained villa with a breathtaking view of Coral Bay and the Francis Drake channel. Not the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay but still close to great restaurants in Coral Bay. Separate living and sleeping buildings isa great idea.

For those fortunate enough to book here, you will find a comfy, airy two-story guesthouse with extraordinary views over the Caribbean, a great pool for lounging, terrific jogging and walking opportunities, a first-rate nearby restaurant and all the comforts of home. A little jewel for families with kids, couples traveling together and older vacationers who like an acive outdoors life.

“The perfect family vacation” We have stayed at this condo each year for 6 of the last 7 years. The reason that we keep coming back is that this condo is well kept, convenient to the whole island, but also has local accommodations for the whole family. It is safe and the beach and pool are wonderful for staying local. All restaurants are a short drive and it is minutes to Christiansted. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We will continue to go back, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

“Our perfect anniversary gift to our family was "Paradise Found"” We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at "Paradise Found" - it was all that we could have asked for. A beautiful East End location, a perfect view directly facing Buck Island. Every day we sat and watched the sail boats go by and the pelicans dive, humming birds galore, exotic plants giving off evening fragrant aromas. We can only believe that the owners designed this home to maximize all that the Caribbean could offer with the warm breezes blowing through the opened windows and doors then facing the warm turquoise water. We were within a very short walk to a restaurant that we made uses of food was excellent. Thank you for making our anniversary so very special, Dieter Krista and grown up kids (Germany)

“Very restful, quiet and peaceful” This is the best deal on St. Croix. For less than the cost of a room at one of the upscale island hotels, you get a fabulous and romantic room overlooking the ocean, your own living room, kitchen, and your very own private pool! What could top that??? The accommodations were impeccable and I lived on the patio and in the pool all week! Anne's services are top-rate, too. Nothing is overlooked. All in all, a great vacation!

“Loved it !” "Hi Anne I wanted to let you know that we loved St Croix. The villa was very nice it had everything we needed. Charles was very helpful. “Our vacation was wonderful.” This was my fourteenth trip to St. John, tenth stay at Rendezview, excellent as always. Island Getaways always does a great job. The island of St. John is a wonderful place, as with the people of St. John.
