Florence Hill, overlooking the city and Fiesole, at 12 Km from the City Centre (Piazza della Liberta '), altitude 500 m slm, in extremely bright and sunny location, bordering the Town of Fiesole, two storey townhouse recently renovated with stone and wood beams in stone farmhouse of approx. 45 sqm, fully independent but not isolated on paved road. Spacious kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, a French doors and a window overlooking the garden. Large bedroom with two Windows, a bathroom with bath and shower. Storeroom. Large sofa with two separate places. Great outdoor space. Quiet area, strategic to visit Florence and its surroundings, bus service in front of the House to the city centre and main train station (Santa Maria Novella FS). At 2.5 Km post office-Bank-Atms with internet point, library, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, dry wash (I believe they are called so automatic washers etc.) workshop. Nearby trattorias, Villa Demidoff Park with the famous statue of Appennino to 3 Km, Giant adventure playground for children at 3 Km, Church and Convent of Monte Senario where it dominates the whole valley of the Valdarno, parish of Lubaco, to 20 Km Autodromo del Mugello, Barberino Outlet, the Lake of Bilancino navigable and swimming with its beach and dining area , riding stables, a 17 Km Golf Club Poggio dei Medici. Note the area of tourist walks, trekking, cycling and motorcycling events and the passage of the 100 km del Passatore at 3 Km. No pets. Please ask reservations 3-4 days before arrival.
