A deceptively spacious Victorian town house on 4 levels with stunning sea views close to the town and Ventnor sea front. The house is stylishly furnished and is ideal for families, with the green opposite providing a great space for outdoor games. The rear courtyard garden offers a sheltered deck area with a BBQ for alfresco cooking and dining. The rooms are large with high ceilings and the house is ideal for families sharing or extended family groups. We have arrangements with Red Funnel so please get in contact and we shall be pleased to put a very competitive deal together including ferry tickets. Sunday change over day at peak times.

There are two off road parking spaces at the front and additional on street parking and a car park nearby if required.

The rear courtyard garden offers a sheltered deck area with table, chairs and a BBQ for alfresco cooking and the green opposite providing a great space for outdoor games. There is a children's play area at the bottom of the green.

There is outdoor sink for rinsing off those sandy swimming costumes and an outside washing line.

“Great Location”

Comfortable and well equipped house. Fantastic view of the sea from the lounge. Close to the shops and the Esplanade. We had a lovely few days and felt very relaxed there. The garden was a bit tired and could do with a bit of maintenance. Would definitely recommend the property.

How do damage deposits work?
