A semi-detached luxury cottage in the centre of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Seasalt Cottage is a semi-detached luxury cottage in the centre of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin with a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside is parking in a public car park behind the property approx 4 min walk awaay and an enclosed decked courtyard with furniture and barbecue. Set in a wonderful setting, Seasalt Cottage is a great place to enjoy a good seaside holiday.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Parking is a 4 minute walk from the property in public car park behind the property with permit needed at £50 per week which includes parking at many other tourist car parks across the island. Bike storage. Enclosed decked courtyard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walkers paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
Town: The quaint Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is located at the southern end of the island and accessed via an array of steep winding roads set amidst beautiful scenery. Sheltered by St. Boniface Down, this charming town has a uniquely mild micro climate enabling tropical and exotic plants to grow throughout the area. The gently sloping sandy and fine shingle beaches and coves provide excellent facilities for watersports and offer a range of stunning coastal paths to explore.
