Bedroom one has a 6ft zip and link double bed which can be unzipped to make two single beds. There is an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. Bedroom two has a 5ft double bed with an en suite shower room. Towels, duvets and bed linen are provided.

The living room features leather sofas, an oak dining table and chairs and a stone fireplace with woodburner. A basket of wood is included. There is a freeview TV, a DVD and a CD/radio/cassette player. WIFI broadband internet connection is also included.

The gold award, 4 star cottages are on a working farm alongside a quiet country lane. There is plenty of parking. The village of Wedmore is 1.5 miles away and has 3 pubs all of which do excellent food. There are a number of designer cloths shops, 2 excellent butchers, a fish shop, newsagents/general store, gift shops and a delicatessen. You can walk to the village along the road or across the fields passing the Isle of Wedmore Golf Club.
Further a-field are Cheddar and Wells, whilst you can easily spend a day or evening at the theatre in Bath or Bristol. The Somerset Levels are a must for bird watchers (3 RSPB nature reserves are there), walkers and cyclists, as are The Mendip Hills. Glastonbury is also close by as is Street where there is on outlet shopping complex. Weston super mare and Burnham-on-sea are along the Bristol Channel where children can build sand castles.

Public transport is poor so a car is essential.
