An absolutely stunning sea front property, The Breeze overlooks the beach and has panoramic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.

Immaculately finished inside and out, The Breeze is a perfect location at any time of year. Depending when you visit you could experience gorgeous beach summers, balmy autumns, crisp springs, or dramatic winter seascapes. Alternatively you might find the interior too inviting to venture outside. Stay inside and relax amidst the sumptously comfortable furnishings, lay back on one of the many sofas, and weather-watch in luxury.

The Breeze's generous ground floor layout has an open-plan living and kitchen area providing a beautiful and sociable space. The first floor has a full width, glass enclosed, south facing balcony accessed from three of the bedrooms.

The accommodation is incredibly spacious and has a terrific ratio of four bath/shower rooms and five bedrooms.

An unusual feature is the private sunbathing area on top of the sea wall for The Breeze's exclusive use, with steps leading down to the beach. The sea wall view extends all the way to Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower in the west.

How do damage deposits work?
