Description
Tippins Farm is a 25 acre hillside property, situated at the end of a long private drive. We are set in the middle of beautiful countryside, well away from the road, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but with the top notch pub The Baiting House just across the road!
Why not escape from it all? Enjoy stunning views across the Teme Valley towards the Malvern hills, pick fruit in the orchard, stroll down to the brook, watch birds of prey or just relax and soak up the sounds of the countryside.
Situated overlooking the golf course and panoramic countryside views. Modern, spacious, and well equipped Faraway Barn is a perfect spot as a relaxing hideaway or a base to explore the area.
Faraway Barn is detached, set away from the main house with a lovely private garden bordering the fields and vegetable garden, with sheep and chickens for neighbours. The accommodation consists of a large double bedroom with en-suite Bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted to make a superking bed. There is a separate shower room with sink and W/C. Open plan Kitchen, lounge and dining living area. Double doors lead onto the patio and fully enclosed garden a perfect spot for outdoor dining, sunbathing or reading a book. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge to allow for a fifth guest.
Extra useful info - Garden table and chairs are provided along with a Webber BBQ. Sun loungers can be provided if desired. The barn is set all on one level with no steps so is suitable for elderly or less able guests.
All of the animals are friendly and love being petted and given treats, so if you want to meet our pet sheep, feed the chickens or stroke the horses you are most welcome.

“Absolutely delightful!”
We spent just 3 days at Faraway Barn but would love to have stayed longer. Beautifully situated, warm, comfortable, bright and very well equipped. Loved hearing and seeing the animals. Louise was a very welcoming and helpful host. A really relaxing and memorable break

“A lovely stay”
The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. The view from the garden was wonderful and relaxing - we had a barbecue one evening and went on a number of walks in the beautiful local countryside. Lou was extremely helpful and friendly. Ten out of ten. Thoroughly recommended.

“Faraway Cottage”
We stayed here as a family of four and were looking for a break away from all the madness. Staying here was perfect, the cottage was very clean and comfortable, location fantastic, ideal surroundings for just relaxing and walking around enjoying the views, animals, peace and quiet. Louise the host made us more than welcome and was kind enough to introduce us and the children to a range of animals living on the farm. Great break, would highly recommend and we will be back again.

“Amazing, relaxing what else do you need”
A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location, you never tire of the scenery. We came for a break with my children and they loved it as much as we did. The cottage is well equipped and a home from home , we really didn’t want to go. Louise was fantastic and my kids loved her and the animals she took us to meet. Fruit from the orchard and going down to the brook , to sitting and listening to the birds. With the current situation and 2 holidays cancelled I can honestly say we needed this and to be honest I wouldn’t have had it any other way Thank you Louise for a fantastic holiday we will definitely be back Not forgetting Lola x
