Description
Spinnakers is a gorgeous Victoria-era cottage overlooking the sea set in an idyllic and peaceful setting next to the beach and a nature conservation area. The cottage has been recently renovated to a very high standard throughout.
Both the living room and the bedroom have fantastic views over the sea. The cosy living room is the perfect place to watch the yachts sailing by. Or sitting with the family around a lovely log stove, recounting the stories, adventures and special moments of the day. The living room also has an internet-connected Smart TV and a games library. There is wi-fi set up which is accessible throughout the cottage.
The master bedroom is a wonderfully spacious room where you can wake up to enjoy a morning cup of tea with great sea views and fresh sea air. There are built-in cupboards for clothes storage, giving the room an extra airy feel, a roomy king-sized bed, and plenty of seaside pictures.
The second bedroom overlooks the garden to the back of the property, and the woodland conservation area beyond. This room has twin adult sized beds and a tallboy chest of drawers. There is a travel cot available on request
The bathroom is all brand new, and features a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. The kitchen is also brand new and features a hob, double oven, microwave oven, washing machine, etc.
There are two gardens at Spinnakers. The rear garden - leading off from the kitchen - has outside table and chairs and gets a lot of sun during the morning and early afternoon. The garden on the other side, facing the sea, gets evening sun, and is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down.
Spinnakers has its own dedicated parking spot.
