Upgraded and replenished - private WIFI free. Free Parking. The condo has everything you need for snorkeling, beach towels, ice chest, kitchen cooking items, etc. Beautifully landscaped and maintained complex with pool, exercise room, tennis court, spa, BBQ's, gated right on the ocean, 1~ mile to town on the trolley/bus route. The unit is ground floor, ocean view from the raised lanai, sleeps 4 with the King in bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. 2017 all new appliances - AC, Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smart HDTV, dvd , WIIFI, and all the kitchen items and linens. Snorkel at the complex or lifeguard and sea wall only 5 minutes away. See the sunset and dolphins/whales seasonally from the complex. Great price direct from the owner is under market. Enjoy relaxing by the pool and spa which is right on the ocean or watch the sunset over the ocean from the lanai. Two lanai's, one from the bedroom and one from the living room. Volcano National Park is a great day trip. Place of Refuge National Park is only 30 min and best snorkeling at 2 step a short walk outside the park.

“Nice Condo”

The condo is very well equipped. Every thing was here that we needed for a week's stay. The facilities are dated but that is reflected in the price. Would stay here again.

Response from the owner The complex was designed in a horseshoe shape where all the units but the end unit face out to the garden and each other. The lstaggered design allows for ocean views from most units like this one from the lanai, not from sitting inside the unit. Hawaii is an outdoor place and most enjoy sitting on the lanai to enjoy fresh air and a view or if they want closer can walk 200 yards to the units common area which is right on the ocean with patio furniture like tables chairs and loungers. The pool banquet and exercise equipment is also located there. The short walk to town (-1mile) goes along the ocean or there is also a bus/shuttle you can take to the congestion in town.
