Description
Enjoy the Kona sunset from the lanai of Kanaloa 1703. This spacious second story ocean front two bedroom plus loft is fully furnished and equipped.
Amenities include high speed internet, DVD, and CD player. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and optional A/C is available at $31.41/ night. There are two steps from ground floor to the front door and a motorized stairlift from the entrance to the main floor.
Kanaloa has three pools (one oceanfront), two tennis courts and five BBQ areas. There is also and ocean front walking path. Kanaloa is close to the Kahaluu snorkeling beach as well as the Keauhou Shopping Village.

Response from the manager (From owner) Thank you for your feedback. We regret that the unit did not meet your expectations and that your package did not reach you in Kona (forwarded to you later). At a prime oceanfront condo, the sound of the surf is ever present, and it's intensity fluctuates with ocean conditions. Many renters find this feature appealing and enjoyable. Although the unit has not been remodeled, most of it's amenities are consistently replaced every three to ten years to ensure they remain in good condition and proper working order despite the corrosive sea air (all appliances- large and small, bed & bath linens, carpeting, lanai screen &sliding glass doors, air conditioning, etc.) New blinds for the living area will be installed in early 2022 (currently back ordered due to COVID supply constraints). The property manager is available to address any issues that arise. With regard to mail, Fedex and UPS deliver directly to the unit, but USPS unfortunately does not. Mahalo
