Welcome to Hale Koi! From the moment you step into this beautiful villa, you'll be captivated by all its allure and uniqueness!
Nestled on the third floor overlooking the koi pond is how this villa came to be called "Hale Koi" which translates to "koi house".
This Suite is located on the front and private side of the 3rd floor on the Ocean Tower with a Spectacular view of ocean and lagoon. It is the largest 3br/3ba layout with 1650 sq ft of living space plus 262 sq ft of lanai.
The Beach Villas is on the Beach between Ocean in the front and LPGA Championship Ko Olina Golf Course in the Back.
Feel the sand between your toes and Imagine your family or friends watching the famous Ko Olina sunset with a glass of wine or BBQing your favorite meal. Share the luxurious and elegant lifestyle with your loved ones by immersing in our professionally designed villa. You may BBQ at our villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort: Roy's, 'Ama 'Ama, Noe, Mina's Fish House, Longboards, and even the tasty Hawaiian BBQ plate. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one of the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.
We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and 8 beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Two grab bars by the toilet in the 3rd bathroom and new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors have been installed June 2020.
