Stylish, comfortable boutique 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Rome, walking distance from all main attractions.

What can you ask more when in Rome if not your own space where you can live the life of the authentic old Rome, you can watch the sunset over St. Peter Dome, going with the flow of the blonde Tiber, admiring the sun going up behind the ancient Roman Forum?

It is hard to say in words.

Having all this does not make less important to enjoy the comfort of a flat furnished according to the highest standards, with all amenities, air-conditioning, complimentary toletries and a fully equipped kitchen.

Even though you will not need to use the kitchen: stepping outside the building there are plenty of amazing authentic restaurants, known to Romans and hidden from the caos of the tourist places.

And the neighborood is a truly Roman district, where you can breathe the pulsing life of the real Trastevere. And at the same, time being so close to anything you look forward to seeing in this town out of time.

From the flat there is nothing really off limits.

And hardly you can find a top floor in Rome that is accessible by lift and offers you a view at almost 360° over Rome.

I have spent many years abroad and I love travelling, and I am totally aware of how valuable is the help of a local. It makes you live the place at a different level of a simple tourist.

Rome is the city where I live and that I love. It gives me happiness to make my guests love it too. I always do my best to accomodate their requests and make their stay as enjoyable and exciting as possible. It will be a pleasure to share my experience and tips with the guests.

The flat is located in the most authentic corner of Trastevere: quiter, cousy, vibrant, kissed by the Tiber river, and very central.

Just point your destination from the terrace and then walk to it: the Tiber Island, the Jewish Ghetto, the fancy Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, the Roman Forum, and the famous flees market of Porta Portese just around the corner.

It is not feasible to list the restaurants that you can find walking around the flat. From the very popular and typical hostaria starred in the main tourist books to the really authentic trattoria and pizzeria that only the locals know.

And if you wish a drink in a trendy bar or a chat with a glass of wine in your hand in a little square, it is difficult to chose among so many!
