Description
Our B&B is named "Il Corbezzolo" as the beautiful mediterranean plant. It is located in a beautiful little medieval neighbourhood next to the countryside and beside the archeological ruins of OSTIA ANTICA, the ancient city built 2000 years ago by Romans and one of the most important archeological site in the world . Our B&B has a quite location where you can relax without giving up leisure and to visit the beautiful eternal city of Rome. We are near the subway (15 minutes by walk) that connects to the centre of Rome in 20 minutes and we are also 10 minutes by bus and by train from the beach of Ostia and 6 km from the international airport of Fiumicino.
WE ARRANGE THE TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORT (extra fee of 15/20 euros depending from the arrival/departure time) and on request WE CAN ARRANGE ALSO THE TRANSFER FROM/TO CIVITAVECCHIA HARBOUR.
We provide our guests a spacious double room recently restored furnished with a king bed, a table where you can write and eat your breakfast, chairs, spacious armchair and FREE WI-FI. We can arrange an extra bed for the third person. We provide also the private bathroom with shower and a corner with the fridge with cold drinks and fruit, the coffee machine for espresso or american coffee and the boiler for tea. Every morning for breakfast you will have fresh bread or croissants as you prefere, fresh fruit, yogurt, cornflakes and milk.
The room is independent from the rest of the house and has an INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE and an INDEPENDENT CORNER FOR BREAKFAST as to offer all the privacy you need.
STREET PARKING, FAN (on request), HAIR DRYER (on request), WI-FI, BREAKAST, BED LINEN, FRIDGE ARE FREE FOR GUESTS.
LOCAL TAX (3.50 EUROS per person per night) is not included in the cost of the room.
We have an agreement with a pizzeria and a restaurant nearby where you can eat good and cheap meals.
Children until 6 years sleeping with their parents bed are free.
We can add a bed for children (additional cost of 10 euros per night)
