Nice and clean place close to tram and supermarket. Stay away from the beating track amongst the locale people. David (the owner)made our stay very hassel free by showing us around in the apartment and neighboorhod. We have never meet a more friendly and informative host (and we do travel a lot). We will absolutly recommend this place to people seeking a budget friendly place to stay.

I spent 2 nights in this appartment and one more night in the appartement next door. I may warmly recommand both of them. The first appartment has an incredibly luxuous bathroom, with a blessed Jacuzzi, highly relaxing after an full day of visits in Rome ! The second one I appreciated for its fine design and great place. Both of them are irreproachably clean and fulfilled with delicate attention. David is a great host, he answered all my questions, he is reliable (some appointments due to my change of address !). His advices allowed me to optimize my 3-days trip ! A great experience. J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet appartement et une nuit supplémentaire dans l'appartement d'à côté, également managé par David. Je peux donc chaudement recommander les deux.. Le premier, pour son fastueux Jacuzzi dans une luxueuse salle de bains décorée à l'antique : un délice après une journée entière passée à crapahuter dans Rome ! Le second appartement est grand et décoré avec goût. Les 2 sont d'une propreté rigoureuse. David est l'hôte parfait, prenant le temps de l'accueil, attentif à toutes les questions, joignable à chaque moment, fiable et ponctuel (mes changements d'adresse ayant amené à convenir de plusieurs rendez-vous). Grâce à lui, j'ai pu optimiser mon week-end de 3 jours !

Traveling through several countries in Europe, my wife and I stayed in numerous hotels, B&B;'s and vacation rental properties and are happy to say David's was a highlight on our trip. This mix of modern/ancient studio is smartly decorated to make you feel both at home and part of Rome's community. It is conveniently located in a safe area within easy walking distance to transportation, great restaurants and shopping, and is close to many of Rome's attractions.
I would like to add that being unfamiliar with Rome we greatly appreciated David's exceptional hospitality, helpfulness and courteous attention to us as visitors in their city. If you go to Rome, david's studios are a great place to stay.

We loved our stay!!! The apartment is adorable and we fell in love with Trastevere. It is very close to tram lines and we got everywhere. Take the tram to the Belli stop and there is a ton of great restaurants which were inexpensive and excellent. Take it to argentine and you can walk to all of the sites. Dav gave us great directions to everywhere. Transportation is really inexpensive. We liked having our own little apartment. The bath is great!! At the end of a long walking day we enjoyed Limoncello in the jacuzzi. Dave showed us around the neighborhood. He was a great host! It made Rome such a friendly place. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dav!

We found it great! very comfortable and stylish studio - just our taste, Perfectly tidy & clean. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave as well. Wifi worked perfectly and the bathroom is gorgeous. The location is great! All shops within walking distance David is a very nice host! We can strognly recommend it !

A very pleasant stay in Rome, largely thanks to this apartment is very well located in Trastevere, and very well connected by tram and bus and train station which is only 200m walk!
I unfortunately did not get to meet the owner, who was absent during the period where I was in Rome, but had made every effort to ensure that our installation in the apartment goes well!
The only downside I could not thank him true but only in email!
Great value if you take this apart! '

This lovely studio and David the owner were fantastic. The apartment was as described, comfortable, beautifully renovated, and so close to eveything. The Jacuzzi was great, as was the patio. Wonderful place to stay while in Rome if you are looking for a more real taste of the roman life than the historic center can offer.

Our family of 4 stayed in David Studio during the Christmas holidays. It was "Italy Perfect" in every way. David showed his professionalism since our inquiry: he replied within minutes ;-) . It was wonderful having the little grocery store just around the corner. Trastevere, center of activity and restaurants was 10 minutes away by tram. David, spoke English, and was warm, friendly and so very helpful. The bathroom is so huge and geautiful and the patio a nice place to enjoy especially during summer. When in Rome, we could not imagine staying anywhere else.

David has been a great host and the apartment is really nice. It's a clean apartment that has everything you need and the jacuzzi is perfect! The neighbourhood is calm and quite but still close to Trastevere station and only a few minutes walk to the no 8 tram. The apartment also has fast wifi, which is a huge plus. David is very helpful and showed me around the neighbourhood where there is a supermarket, fruit and vegetable market etc and will help you with anything you need. All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Of all the accommodations that we have rented in Rome in various locations over the past 10 years, this little apartment scores highest and is the best value for money. Location is excellent and the apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. It was a delight to return to this apartment after each day's trekking around Rome, and because of its accessible location. The goergeous Jacuzzi really provided some times for us to realx and take care to ourselves.
David was very helpful in all our dealings and everything ran like clockwork on arrival and at departure. In addition to the ordinary thoughtful touches - A bottle of wine and some snacks anc chocolate on arrival, coffee and tea ready to be made- David also generously provided us with traditional little decorated Christmas tree , making this once-a-year holiday season extra special.Response from David P - 01/26/2013

Our stay at the Lovely studio has been no less than excellent. David, the apartment owner, made our preparation for arrival to Rome, and to the apartment less stressful by assisting us with transportation to the apartment, and to and from the cruise ship. David also pointed us in the right direction for some of our needs while staying here in Rome. The apartment is very nice, it is very well decorated, it has all modern appliances, is up to date and clean, is comfortable, and has air conditioning. The location is very quiet, secure, and is15 tram minutes distance to all the major attractions. Right next to the apartment is a very good bakery. Within 1 blocks you can find really nice shops, restaurants, wine shops, delicatessens, gelato stores... I have walked around the area from early in the morning to late at night, and it has been very safe. It is a very nice apartment, in a nice genuine area, the batroom with its unique jacuzzi made our stay so pleasant. We will be staying there again on our next visit to Rome.

Three of us just returned from a 5 week stay in Italy of wich 5 nights spent in this awesome apartment. It was in a great location to see the sights of Rome -- 10minutes to old part of trastevere 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, 20 minutes to St. Peter's & 20 minutes to the Roman Forum. It was very quiet and pleasant safe for 3 women travelling alone. The apartment was accurately represented in the photos and the owner was available via email and telephone when we were making the arrangements. David was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet street across the Tiber from the centre of Rome. It is an easy access into the centre or 200m to the number 8 tram. This will take you to the city or Trastevere station. The surrounding streets are full of interesting restaurants, much cheaper than across the Tiber. This is also an area of Rome where you are more likely to be outnumbered by Romans than fellow tourists. The apartment is comfortable and modern with quality fittings. What is portrayed in the photos is what you actually find there. David was helpful, organised and a pleasure to deal with. Internet access was excellent and the patio a plus. This property was very pleasant and truly was what we thought of a "home away fro home." It is located in a quaint little neighborhood where everything you need is within less than a five minute walking distant. It was easy to find, once directions were given and located to train stations and tram stops that made accessing Rome quite easy. It is located in a safe location and the people in the neighborhood are quite friendly. Our renter, David, was wonderful. He gave a wonderful tour and was always on hand and easy to reach when we needed too. The apartment was the perfect size for my mother and I and provided the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and take advantage of this "home away from home."

My husband and I recently stayed for a few nights in David's apartment. We found it very comfortable and equipped with all that we needed for our stay. David was a very attentive, informative and gracious host who genuinely cares about his guests. His orientation tour is very helpful in getting to know the area. The area itself is a wonderful place to stay being near the train/tram service and some great eateries. The Jacuzzi and the bathroom are amazing. We would be happy to stay with Sdavid again in the future and would recommend the apartments to all travellers.

We had a good time in David's place. The communication with David was great, he answered very quickly and was helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and modern with a nice porch and a great bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a washing machine as well which was very convenient. We also liked the red brick building and the residential feeling of the neighborhood. Regarding location, the No. 8 tram stop is very close and the tram passes often (never waited more than 5 mins.) and brings you to Trastevere and the center of Rome easily and comfortably. All in all, good value and recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! A delightful apartment, exactly as described. Lots of authentic touches, but still homely and comfortable.
Clean and tidy, wifi worked very well and the jacuzzi was excellent.
In a great location - supermarkets, bakeries and restaurant all within a few minutes walk. Trastevere is a great district - enough locals to make it feel authentic, but enough tourists to ensure there's plenty to do. Also really close to the tram stop, which means all the city and the airport are within easy reach.
Definitely recommended!

We had a great Roman experience 9/11-9/17 while staying at David's place. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed; exactly as represented online. David was the highlight of the rental. We had an awesome time in Rome and having a lovely place to stay made the experience all the better. David was a great host, when we first arrived he gave us a great introduction to Rome by describing the city layout, going through the attractions and recommending places to eat. He also showed around the area.
The place was lovely and nicely decorated, and as many others said the bathroom is a masterpiece and was one of the reasons we decided to stay here. The kitchen was fully equipped and the place was clean and tidy throughout.
We liked the location as we found that this part of Rome wasn't as overrun with tourists. The tram 8 is always on time ( there is one every 2 -5 minutes).

Can not credit David enough for receiving both my daughter and I at his lovely apartment . Our 3 exciting days exploring Rome was high lightened by having such a wonderfully self contained place to come home to.
David was informative before and during our stay by emailing through directions to the apartment and the cost of public transport. He took the time to show us around the neighbourhood where we could find the local Grocery Store, Pizzeria Restaurants and a wonderful Pâtisserie all within meters of the apartment.
Easy access to the Tram which took you directly to the Trastevere Train Station and providing us with a Map of Rome and detailed directions to the main attractions made getting around so much easier, another added bonus.
To sum it up...Goodies on arrival, Comfortable bed to lay your head, Jacuzzi to lay back in and reflect on your day in magical Rome, All the conveniences of home, Eateries within meters of the apartment or a fully equip kitchen if you wanted to cook, Washing Machine that you didn't have to be a brain surgeon to use, Lovely court yard to enjoy breakfast before heading out for another fun filled day or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening ...I would highly recommend David's apartment to others and hope that he would have us back one day.
My only disappointment was we never got to meet David's dog which so many others have mentioned fondly.

We have spent 3 nights in this lovely and unique Studio. We were so glad we booked here . David was so helpful since the first mail and our stay was excellent. We really felt in the right place . The area is friendly and genuine with pizzerias bars and markets. The tram is very convinient as it pass very often and in 15 minutes we were in the busy historic center full of tourists.

The apartment was fantastic and really helped make our 4-day stay in Rome a memorable one. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and the place was immaculately clean when we arraived. The location was very convenient as well and through tram 8 we were in 15 minutes to all the main attractions.
Our group was made up of my wife and I and another husband and wife couple, and I would like to add how David went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed with everything organised in advance by email.

This is the perfect base for exploring and enjoying Rome. The apartment is off the tourist track, so you can leave hectic, crowded, and overpriced behind in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The tram a block away makes it easy to get into and back from the centro storico and the old part of Trastevere. Grocery stores, farmacias, banks, and other necessities are nearby making it easy to get what you need for housekeeping during your stay. Everything about the rental was great, beginning with the owner who was responsive, thoughtful and professional throughout. He gave us not only great instructions to use everything in the apartment but also ideas about places to go, things to see, and where to eat. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed to feel "at home" in Rome. We loved coming "home" in the evening, putting together something light for supper, and looking through the guidebooks and art books in the apartment.Most of all we liked the bathroom and the jacuzzi. Internet conection and the beautiful patio made also our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again when next we're in Rome and highly recommend it to others.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati in questo appartamento due notti, dopo aver passato la prima nell'altro (Ravizza 2).
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento e delizioso, forse un pochino sacrificata la zona notte, ma il bagno con la mega vasca in cui rilassarsi merita davvero! Come l'altro appartamento anche qui abbiamo trovato tutto molto funzionale (cosa non facilissima da realizzare in spazi ridotti) e perfettamente pulito.
Solo una pecca: il tavolino fuori era un po' piccolino, senz'altro da sostituire, potersi godere appieno il cortile cenando all'aperto e senz'altro un valore aggiunto :)
Proprietario gentile, disponibile, molto cordiale.
Un plus da segnalare per chi si muove in auto: garage di fronte all'appartamento a prezzi onestissimi, da tener presente visto che in zona non e proprio facilissimo trovare posto.

My wife and I really enjoyed the flat. It was the right price and was conveniently located to good restaurants and a train station.
David met us the day of our stay to help us check-in, walk through the apartment and make sure we were settled. He also arranged for a car on our departure day, which was extremely convenient.
The flat was in excellent condition. Because the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. we were able to save some money by eating breakfast and lunch in the room on some days. The terrace was a great place to sit in the evenings with a bottle of wine.
The stable wifi internet connection was very fast and the bathroom... wow!!!
I would definitely recommend the flat to someone who is looking for a place to stay that is centrally located, low cost, clean and in a nice neighborhood.

Renting the Ravizza gave us a richer experience of Rome that we could not have had in a hotel. David was very helpful when we arrived by showing us around the neighborhood, introducing us to the local markets and the tram stop, both of which are mere walking minutes from the flat. The flat itself is cozy for two, offering the benefits of an equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and a large bathroom featuring his and her sinks and an amazing Jacuzzi bath. All in all a pleasant experience that will elevate you from 'tourist' to 'resident'.

Great bathroom in an ancient Roman style with lovely big jacuzzi. Fold into wall bed in lounge was comfortable. David was friendly and gives a well detailed check in, even showing you round the neighbourhood which is about a 15 minute tram ride into the centre. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and cosy apartment with excellent transport links to all the incredible things to see and do in Rome. We loved eating outside on the little terrace and the jaccuzi was a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. David was a warm and welcoming host and provided detailed information on how to get to the apartment, a list of how to get to all the main tourist sights, and good info about everything you might need to do in the immediate area. It was really great to stay out of the main tourist areas and we really enjoyed shopping at the local supermarkets (the one by the tram stop is really good) and cooking for ourselves. We found the Number 8 tram was so quick and frequent and once you get to argentina where it terminates you can walk to almost anywhere from there. We would definitely come back to Rome, and to David's apartment, a wonderful time was had by all!

David's place was great - away from the madding crowd in Trastavere, but not too far that you can't get around. David has compiled a list of directions to major attractions - most easily accessible from the nearby number 8 train or Trastavere station. Pleasant enough neighbourhood with supermarket and a few shops, and a lovely (and slightly off-the-wall!) jacuzzi which hit the spot after a daytrip in the rain to Pompeii. The fold down bed is comfortable and easily stored, and the kitchen is small, but usable - we cooked most nights.

David was a very good host! When I arrived, he quickly showed me around the neighborhood and he was very flexible about my arrival, even though I did not know my arrival time until the last minute. He even took me around on a walk of the neighborhood with his dog while I was waiting for my boyfriend to arrive. The room is very nice and cosy; a place we really looked forward to coming back to in the evening. The kitchen was small but it has everything you need to cook meals, a fridge, and freezer. There is no oven but you can cook anything you need to on the stovetop. The bathroom is, of course, beautiful and very relaxing after a long day. The only item that was not listed in the review is the TV, which is a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The location is very nice - it took less than 5 minutes to walk to the tram (10 min to the bus) and then took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the center of Rome, and from that bus it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the Pantheon and Coloseum. We were able to stay fairly late and it was still easy to get home. Highly recommend this location!

We stayed in David's beautiful apartment from November 9 -14. We had a wonderful stay in Rome, and this apartment had a lot to do with it. The apartment is conveniently located to everything. The Tram is 5 minutes away, and you will be in the centre of Rome in 10-15 minute, we would even come home, to the apartment for lunch. There is a vegetable and fruit stand, as well as a market just around the corner. There is also a great take out restaurant where you can buy homemade roasted chicken and Pizza, very good and friendly service.
Everyone that we met in the neighborhood was very helpful and friendly. There were not many tourists in this area (which we liked) and there is not much English, but this was never a problem. A few minutes away there is a wonderful Gelateria where we enjoyed our Gelato and Proseco every night.
The apartment is very clean and cozy. David has thought of everything, he is very friendly and helpful, he goes out of his way to help you settle in and to get acquainted with the neighborhood. He even left lovely welcome treats for us, this was very much appreciated. David suggested someone that could pick us up and bring us to his apartment from the airport, which we did, and this was a great idea, no hassles and Jane was a pleasure to meet.
The bathroom is really a wonderful perk to have in the apartment; it was so nice to take a bath here after all of the walking in Rome. Also, we were able to enjoy a few meals on the Terrace, despite the time of year. The area is safe and quiet.
We would highly recommend this apartment.

We are two australians in our 60s and found David's apartment ideal. It is close to shops and all amenities. David spent time introducing us to the area and gave us many helpful tips on where to visit and how to get to the many tourist attractions in Rome.
Five minute walk to the tram stop, 15 minutes into Rome.
Ten minute walk to the Trastevere train station.
David's apartment is very quiet and private, he is an exceptional host making sure that we were settled, leaving little treats and a bottle of wine as a welcome. If we have the oportunity to visit Rome again David's place will be at the top of the list of where to stay.

David is a great host. He sent me detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and could not be easier. He also sent instructions on how to get to different attractions by different means of transportations. When I arrived at the apartment, he was patiently waiting there already. He welcomed me to the apartment with a nice bottle of wine and some snacks. He walked me through the neighborhood and provided tips on grocery, pastry, restaurant. The apartment itself is in a nice neighborhood with convenient tram ride to the city center. I will definitely stay at the apartment again when I visit Rome. Oh, the hot tub was beautiful and comfortable after a long day walk.

David made us very welcome and gave a thorough introduction to the apartment and the local area.The apartment was well equipped for all our needs and was clean and tidy. The local supermarket and shops were a few minutes walk and were very reasonably priced. The pizza parlour offers delicious pizza, which we enjoyed on the apartment terrace area! The centre of Rome was easily reached by a regular tram, which was a few minutes walk from the apartment. Overall we had a brilliant time in Rome and felt very much at home in David's apartment.

Our experience at this apartment was very positive. The location is actually very good because of easy access to public transport, and would be perfect for an extended stay -- a week would have enabled us to really take advantage of the apartment and the area. We were four people, and the space was a little cramped. The bathroom is very spacious, but only one person can really use it at a time, so for four people it was a little bit impractical. Still, for a couple visiting Rome this apartment would be a perfect choice. David was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and oriented. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the apartment decor is classy. We enjoyed the little extra treats that were left for us on the table, as well! A bit on the expensive side for the location, but we thought it was the perfect choice for a couple that has the time to explore Rome at a more leisurely pace.

I was impressed with the high quality of service and how clean the apartments were. The neighborhood is also very safe. What I liked immensely was that the apartment was conveniently located to all the sights in Rome. As well, if you wanted to take a break from sight seeing, but have a great evening out, it was just a quick 5 minute tram ride to the Tiber river. There you will find fashion shows, restaurants, clothes vendors, singers in the Italian tradition as well as comfortable couches to relax on in the open air. David was also a great host. Not only did he provide all the maps and lists needed to see Rome, he also offered up invaluable travel tips on the night life and current events happening around time (like the Nero show). Dave came through on everything, down to detailed directions to the apartment, great English speaking skills as well as a well-informed guide. The apartments look much better than the pictures show. The blue faux paint and brown Italian tile, adorned with statues give you a place to relax in the Roman tradition after a hard day. The courtyard garden was also an ideal place to dine and read in the evenings.

This was a great little apartment to find for my first trip to Rome. The apartment is small and comfortable with a front porch covered in flowers and other foliage that makes the place smell amazing. The bathroom is huge! Probably my favorite part of the whole deal. The apartment has a washer, but no dryer, which is not a big deal as you can just hang your clothes out front to dry. The front porch is surrounded by a red gate that keeps the place very secure and David has a little dog named Ciro (pronounced Chee-rho) that watches the place while you're away. Oh, I have to mention that the Ciro is great. He never barks, loves walks and never enters the apartment. Just a smart dog. Anyway, the apartment is right up the street from the train station and is right next to the n. 8 tram which will take you right to the city center. David provides detailed guides on how to get anywhere including information on bus lines, trains, and personal vehicles. There is an aTM, grocery store, and little café right near the place to keep you well stocked. I mention the café because the owner speaks fluent english is always more than willing to help you out before you set out for the day. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to get away from the expensive hotels and see a different part of Rome. I will easily use request this place every year I return to Italy. Ciao!

My husband stayed in this apartment for the 4 nights that we were in Rome and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. David is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment with a very detailed write up of how to get to key sites around the city and gave us a tour of the neighborhood so we would know where to get groceries, etc. The apartment itself is clean, quiet and inviting. We felt very comfortable here. It is a way out from the major sites, but all are easily accessible via public transport-- we really liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. The apartment was well-stocked and we did not feel that we were lacking in anything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment for anyone looking for some comfort and escape when in Rome.

David was an excellent host for my wife and I. When we arrived he really made us feel at home by showing us everything in the apartment and showed us around the local areas. Also on arrival was a bottle of wine and some snacks! The studio is very nice just like the pictures and the bathroom really is amazing. It was nice after a long day to be able to relax in the jacuzzi tub. His place isn't right in the city center of Rome but is about 15 minutes on the tram right to the center of everything. We would highly recommend David for anyone traveling to Rome!

The apartment was easy to find and the owner David gave excellent directions. He greeted us and gave us a tour of the local area and supplied us with helpful maps and directions to all major attractions in the city. The area was quiet but also had many good local places to eat and get a quick expresso! The tram stop was just round the corner and took you straight to a central part of Rome from where you could either walk to or catch another bus to the other sights. The apartment was bright and clean. And the jacuzzi was perfect to relax in after a long days touring the city. All round excellent apartment, great value and cannot wait to go back!

The owner of the flat was waiting for me when I arrived. He showed me around the flat very thoroughly and then took me to a local bar for an espresso and to show me the local shops and my local tram stop. The tram takes 10 minutes to get into central Rome: Brilliant!!

We stayed at David's studio for 3 nights in October 2010 for the Rome leg of our one year anniversary trip. Everyone else has already said it, but David is fantastic. We were pretty overwhelmed with the Rome-ness of Rome when we first got there, but as soon as David picked up the phone, I knew we were in good hands. He showed us around the neighborhood and really understood what an american would need to know to get by. He is also excellent at responding very quickly to emails with great information. You will notice this as soon as you book his place, as he will reply quickly and thoroughly with everything you need to know. The neighborhood is very charming and extremely safe, by the way. And the best cappuccino I had in Rome was at the corner cafe right by "our place". :) There are a couple good restaurants right by the place, and some unbelievably good ones just a couple tram stops away, too. I'm not sure what else to say about this place other than to reassure you that you can feel 100% safe and taken care of when renting from David and his places are very nice. This place is right next door to another of his and we've spent time in both [with the very nice folks who were renting the other place]. Both places are very nice, with the other one being larger and this one having the famous bathroom! :)
Just book it... you can't go wrong with David. Trastevere is by far my favorite area of Rome, but just keep in mind that it'll take you about 10 minutes on the tram to get to "the sights". However, the peace and quiet of Trastevere is priceless and so much better than the neon colored gelato of downtown Rome.Response from David P - 10/12/2012

For me and my wife was an excelent expirience our three days in Rome, and David's Studio was part of our excelent expirience. The apartment it is so much confortable, the location it is near to the Tram station and also near to Trastevere Train Station to connect to airport Fumicino. David was an excelent guide and explain so very detailed how to reach each place of interest in Rome, and also how to reach the supermarket and other places of interst near the Studio. The wifi internet connection and the fantastic Jacuzzi were an absolute plus!! I recommend to other the use of the Lovely Studio of David near to Trastevere.

The apartment is beautiful, with an absolutely fantastic bathroom with a jacuzzi, a nice kitchen, and a TV. I would say it is a terrific value. The neighborhood has a very good supermarket, there is a cafe and a bakery right across the street. It is a short walk and an easy tram ride to the heart of Trastevere, and just a 5-10 minutes further to the city center. David is a fantastic host, and will give you all sorts of information about how to make the most out of your stay in Rome.
