We thourouly enjoyed the experience. The accommodation was clean plenty of room a very rustic feel just as we had imagined. And well located in the centre of Rome. Everything was very accessible. Rosaria was very pleasant & helpful. Organizing the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Excellent. The only downside was that the bath took a long time to fill. But if that's all we had to complain about I think we were well accommodated for. A big thank you to you Rosaria. Xx
Confortable and nice apartment in the centre of Rome

This apartment is in the center of Rome, 3 minutes from Piazza Navona and its located in a quiet neighborhood.
The apartment is nice, it has central heating, fitted kitchen, bathroom, dining room. In addition, the mattress is very comfortable, important to rest for the next day.
You can go walking to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and walking a little further to the Coliseum.
We have visited all the monuments on foot.
There is a supermarket near to buy all you need, a bus stop to Termini, etc..
The only drawback I found was that you could hear the street noise, but if you sleep is deep isn't problem.
Rosaria, the owner, is nice and very friendly and she helps you with everything you need.

We had an incredible and wonderful time at the clean and cosy apartment in Rome, which was at a perfect quiet location in downtown to reach every important sights by foot.Piazza Navona & Campo di Fiori and several good restaurants and shops (shoes!) are nearby. The booking and contact to the owner was absolutely uncomplicated. We can recommend totally at every time!

This apartment is located right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to most places that we wanted to see. The apartment was clean. The bed was a little hard and the shower a little cramped, but worked fine.
For location and price it was all worth it and we would definately stay here again. Great price!!

Location was very central, you can walk to most everywhere. Check in was good, there were some issues like no internet available and aC and TV not set up. Rosaria tried to be helpful with questions on where to go but not the mechanical stuff. There is no central aC. There is a portable aC in the apartment, we had to figureout how to set it up ourselves, which means leaving a window open to vent out the hot air. This means the apartment never cools down until early morning when the outside temp was cooler. Forget high speed internet or easy wifi. We were given a dial up 14.4 kbps internet stick with a sim card from a different provider from the stick. This never worked. We wasted nearly a day chasing around trying to contact Rosaria and her son (no phone in the apartment, we had to ask strangers to call her for us). We were told to go to the sim card dealer and get them to get it to work ourselves. The verdict was to get a proper stick which we had to pay for in advance and refunded when we left. It finally worked but only near the window as the signal was weak. It was also agonizingly slow with dialup over cell phone signals never going over 5kbps and lots of dropped signals. The TV wasn't set up. This we also had to figure out ourselves. The toilet leaks to a bucket and the floor everytime you flush, if you could get it to work. It either won't flush or would'nt stop. Again we had to figure out how to get it to work. The valve was held together with a deteriorating rubber band. There was also a loose floor tile in the kitchen, no big problem. The airport shuttle service arranged by Rosaria was well worth it. Right on time, good service, very reasonable price. We booked for 9 nights in the apartment but changed our plans a week before arriving to 8 nights but paid for all 9 nights, so make sure about the dates before you pay for the reservation. The apartment is in the second level with no elevator so you had to go up a flight of stairs. (Not handicap accessible)
We have spent five marvelous days at this aparment. My wife, my doughter and myself found this place just perfect. The aparment was furnished with everything you could need for sleeping, cooking and reasting. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment is estrategically lockated to visit Rome. You can walk from 10 to 15 minutes to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Panteon, Piazza Venecia, and so on...
Shuttle service from and to the airport highly recomendable.Serious and punctual. 40 euros per trip.
We really enjoyed this quarter of the city. Moreover you can find a supermarkert very close to the apartment as well as a fantastic market every morning at Campo di Fiori.
If we ever come back to Rome we will stay in the same place.

We had a great stay at the apartment Navona. It is within easy walking distance of all the major sites and Rosaria was wonderful. She even helped return items to me that I left behind. We stayed in this apartment with a toddler and it was fine for him.

We loved this old apartment. It was very spacious for two persons and had everything we needed. The apartment felt very genuinly roman with old furniture in a style that we like. It was super clean and the location was perfect in a rather quiet street and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
We would love to come back and stay a little longer.

The house is situated in a nice neighborhood, convenient services and main monuments.
The neighborhood is filled with antique and craft shops is a pleasant stroll through the narrow streets around the house. There are several restaurants at reasonable prices with Roman cuisine.
The apartment is beautiful, functional and clean.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The only fault: it is very quiet at night. Would advise the double glazing on the road.

We had a great time in our Rome apartment. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong address, but Rosaria's son (who speaks english) came and took us to the apartment. With two kids ages 12 and 10, it was perfect. Plenty of space for us and everything we needed. On the first floor upstairs, In a wonderful Rome street, with lots of fascinating craftsman shops, and good nearby pizzerias etc. We could walk from here to Vatican, Campo di Fiore, Piazza Navona. You could walk to the Colosseum, but a 7 euro taxi fare is quicker. We felt safe walking the streets. Plenty of atmosphere in the street at night too. A very good apartment for the price that we would recommend.

Wonderful location - we walked everywhere. Apartment is roomy and convenient. We cooked about 50% of our meals and saved a lot.
Neighbors are a little noisy, but it didn't bother us too much. Owner is very pleasant and accommodating.
We plan to return in future.
Nice little apartment, very well located in a traditional apatment block in the heart of Rome. Perfect for a couple as the second room is tiny and with no windows. The landlord is kind and helpful.

The apartment is clean and well partitioned. It has got a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, is tastefully decorated, very inviting and well equipped for a comfortable and restful self catering vacation. The perfect place where one can start their initiation into the mysteries of this miraculous city.
The hosts ,Rosaria, is nice hospitable lady and she is more than happy to provide all the information a foreigner needs to get around Rome.
Another great advantage associated with this location is that a Spaar supermarket is within easy walking distance (actually, a one minute walk!). You can find there all that you heart desires ... at reasonable prices!
