Dundee, ScotlandLovely apartment and great location
Left on 05/09/2013 for a stay in May 2013
The apartment has everything you could need on holiday, and Francesco has supplied good information and instructions on the apartment and surrounding area. A nice touch is the fruit, chilled water, wine and coffee left for guests on arrival, (milk for the coffee would also be appreciated). There is a good library of guidebooks and novels in a variety of languages, also some Cd's and Dvd's and an ipod connection or bring your own MP3 CD if you like your own music. The only thing you really need to bring is your toiletries and clothes.
You will be very close to a selection of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and all the sights Rome has to offer. We could walk almost everywhere, we only took the bus/metro to visit the catacombs, but bring comfortable shoes, and stiletto heels are not practical on the cobbles! Would definitely go back to stay in this apartment again. -

Enjoyable Vacation Rental - We'll be back
Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Location, location, location. Literally a few steps from Campo de' Fiori, but without the noise, this clean, modern apartment gives you all the convenience of central Rome but on a quiet back street.
The apartment is near to a number of fine bakeries and restaurants, near to Piazza Navona, the Jewish Quarter, Trastevere, the Pantheon and, of course, to the Campo.
The apartment itself is up an easy flight of stairs (and there is an elevator, too), clean, modern, uncluttered, and, on sunny days, full of light. The wifi connection is great allowing for email, web searching and whatever else you like to do on the internet.
The owner, Francesco, is extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful. The apartment is cleaned weekly, the linens washed, the bed made, and so on.
Check in and out are simple and fruit and wine much appreciated. Definitely take up Francesco's offer of having a car meet you if you're flying into Fiumicino -

Left on 01/25/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We have spent 3 weeks at this apartment and it has met all our needs.Francesco greeted us upon our arrival and left us with fresh fruit and wine to welcome us. The only thing missing is an extra chair in the lounge area. This would be nice so that we had one to sit and read in. As we spend time in Rome we would like to return again next January for the month and would like to stay in this apartment again.Everything we need in Rome including our favorite resturants are close by.Transportation is also convienent from here to the train station. We will recommend it to our friends that maybe coming at a different time. Thank you for making us so comfortable during this visit.Rosslyn and Norman

We really had a great time in Roma: a week in the flat, perfectly located and very well agenced.
As a family of four, we could stay sometimes home cooking.
We do recommend this property!!!
Thanks again and Bravo to Francesco! -

Seattle, WAInstantly at our ease
Left on 12/27/2012 for a stay in December 2012
From the moment we arrived at the Campo dei Fiori Hi Tech Terrace apartment, it was obvious that Francesco has designed a service and apartment with the traveler's needs in mind. From the complimentary wine, fruit, and bottled water on arrival, to the informational notes, explanations, and tips (translated into multiple languages), we felt instantly at our ease.
The decor is modern and warm with great lighting and art. We had a lot of rainy days while in Rome, but thanks to the particularly good interior lighting, the apartment never felt "gray" or dark.
The bedroom is quiet and the bed comfortable (if you like firm mattresses, which I do). The water pressure is excellent. The Wi-Fi is via access point, so you can easily connect iPads, iPhones, etc. However, it doesn't really work well in the bedroom, unless you're sitting on the edge of the bed with the door open.
The location of the apartment is great--close enough to Campo dei Fiori to shop the fresh market during the day, but far enough that you won't be woken by the Campo's nightlife. Short walk to all the major sites and attractions.
Grazie mille, Francesco! for being such a friendly attentive host, and for bringing such care and thoughtfulness to the design of Hi-Tech Campo. -

There were no surprises here. Everything is just as nice as you see it in the photos. And the location is ideal - close to the campo dei fiori and piazza navona. We will definitely return to this apartment in the spring. The owner, Francesco, is very helpful and has everything well organized to make your stay more enjoyable - maps, books on Rome attractions, locations of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Francesco, grazie per tutto. Left on 12/13/2012 for a stay in October 2012
This place met my expectations for all: style, freedom, comfort, and price. The best part was the hospitality which awaited upon my arrival. This is where I will stay from now on each time I am in Rome, and have suggested it to all my family and friends with 200% confidence.
The location is incomparable, being just a stone's throw and literally less than a 1 minute walk to Campo De' Fiori.
Love, love, love. -

SydneyExcellent apartment, in a perfect position
Left on 11/21/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We stayed in this apartment in late September, and did not want to move it. It felt like home.
Facilities in the apartment were excellent-wifi, reading matter, sound system, kitchen, laundry etc. Also a small lift, even thought the apartment was on the first floor was helpful for suitcases.
Position was superb-a quick walk to Campo di Fiori for supplies, close to all tourist attractions, excellent restaurant across the road, and several nearby.
We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rome.
Francesco was a great and welcoming host. -

My wife and I recently stayed at the apartment on our honeymoon and loved it. In short, it's a great apartment in a central location with great service from Francesco.
The long version is...
Apartment: Clean, modern and spacious. One of the few rentals where you can trust the photos, they tell the whole story with no nasty surprises when you arrive. Francesco adds some thoughtful small touches that sets it above most other apartment rentals such as fruit, wine and bottled water in the kitchen as well as washing powder and fabric softener for the washing machine (something I have never received at any other rental in any country) There is even a first-aid kit in the apartment as well as extra pillows and a safe.
Location: As the saying goes, location, location, location! This apartment is right in the middle of all the attractions Rome has to offer and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Here again Francesco adds a nice touch by giving you a list of recommended local restaurants and supermarkets.
Service: Francesco, through all his thoughtful little touches around the apartment really makes it feel like a home away from home. We could not have asked for a better host. He even helped us find a taxi on our departure day when our shuttle didn't arrive, he really went out of his way to help us and make our stay a pleasant and memorable one.
Complaints: Absolutely none!
When we go back to Rome (if the Trevi coin toss tradition holds true) we will definitely book this apartment again!
Thank you Francesco for making our honeymoon in Rome perfect! -

Melbourne, AustraliaA Roman Gem in a Sensational Location
Left on 09/23/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We just stayed in this apartment in the Campo dei Fiori for the second time and it was perfect on both occasions. The apartment is in a great location, has all the modern comforts (including free wi-fi) and is very stylish. Everything you need is close by - fresh food at the daily market, good bakeries, excellent restaurants and great shopping! It's easy to walk anywhere in Rome or if you're not up to walking, there are many frequent bus services close by. We loved having an early evening aperitif at a bar on the piazza followed by a delicious dinner but also made the most of the well equipped kitchen a few nights and enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a glass of Prosecco after a long day sightseeing.
The owner is wonderful to deal with - we arrived before 9am after a long flight from australia and Francesco was there to welcome us with a friendly smile and freshly made coffee - just what we needed! Francesco also provided useful tips on places to eat and even supplied umbrellas and reusable shopping bags.
This time we also used the car service offered by Francesco and we were met at the airport by a friendly driver who safely transported us to the apartment in an immaculately clean and comfortable car - this was fantastic as, after 24 hours flying, we didn't feel up to negotiating public transport or bad taxi drivers.
If we are lucky enough to return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again. -
