Description
The apartment has been renovated by the famous Roman architect Luca Pizzolorusso, and it is located on the 1st floor of an ancient building that has an elevator. It is comprised of a big lounge with sofas, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside. In the apartment there is a high quality TV with DVD player and AppleTv, Hi-Fi Stereo, internet with Wi-Fi Hi Optic Fiber connection, central air conditioning to all the rooms, a washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave oven, a docking station for iPhone and iPod and a safe. The excellent, modern furnishings, high quality parquet floors and dècor and high ceilings complement this prestigious apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome.

Our apartments, are provided with dish and hand soap, shampoo, soap and softener for the washing machine, toilet paper, a sewing kit, extra towels and linens and because your safety is important to us, a first aid kit, emergency light, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Overnight accommodation tax in Rome & Cleaning fee
A € 5 fee will be be applied from the 1st October 2023 . This will apply to anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome's boundaries. Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment.
FEE: 5 euros per person per night max 10 days.
Cleaning fee: € 70.
TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE APARTMENT
We can provide limousine (up to 3 people) or minivan (up to 6 people) transportation from the airport to the apartment. Cost (each way) is 65 € for the limousine and 90 € for the minivan (taxi flat rate from fco airport must be 50 €). Upon your arrival the driver will meet you at the arrivals gate with a sign bearing your name, he will bring you directly to the apartment. To make your journey into the city more enjoyable our limo's are equipped with free wi-fi connection. Transportation from/to Civitavecchia (cruise port) can be also provided at cost of € 150.
