Description

This detached lodge is close to the village of Allithwaite near to Cartmel and can sleep two people in one bedroom.This lovely detached lodge is situated close to the village of Allithwaite just two miles from Cartmel in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a decked area with hot tub and furniture. Shepherd is a lovely lodge to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with hot tub and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Although all ground floor, the lodge is accessed via 5 steps to entrance and 1 step out from patio doors. Note: Property unsuitable for children, including infants.
