This sympathetically restored, semi-detached barn conversion near Alston in Cumbria sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Wellhope View Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached cottage, adjoining a second holiday home, and next to the owner's own property. With two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room set over the ground and first floors, the property provides comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. There's also an open plan living area with compact kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area with a woodburner and patio doors opening outside. Along with ample off road parking, there's also a lawned garden with patio area and furniture and secure bike storage. Wellhope View Cottage can be booked alongside Ref. 918695 - Middlefell View Cottage, with an interconnecting door joining the two holiday homes, making this a superb base for friends and families seeking a break amongst the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Fuel and power included included in rent, starter pack provided for the woodburing stove (which should last up to 3 nights), additional logs and kindling can be purchased from the owner directly. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Check-in time 5pm. Please note: There is a £20 supplement to charge an electric vehicle from the domestic power supply at the property. The nearest public charge point is 2 miles away in Alston
