Well equipped cosy and comfortable holiday apartment set in quiet residential area near the middle of Ambleside and only a 2 minute LEVEL walk to the town centre.Off road parking outside the property makes this ideal for couples wanting to use their vehicle with the knowledge parking is guaranteed to be available for all of your stay.Amblesides pubs, restaurants , shops and cinemas are literally round the corner.This apartment is the best of both worlds being in a very quiet area next to the park and mountain walks with quick and easy access to the busy town of Ambleside. .We also have garden areas for guests to sit and relax in.We welcome pets.There is a music and art studio available on request when available.

“Break away”
Stayed here recently, what a fantastic and enjoyable stay the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly , the rooms were clean and tidy couldn’t fault at all and in an excellent location aswell

“Ambleside Misery.”
Terrible is dirty, carpets furniture etc, "en suite" not safe to use, frying pan burnt out 3 legs missing on microwave. Would not recommend staying here.

“Nice apartment, great hosts, good location”
I spent the week over Christmas in the Wythburn apartment. The apartment is nice and has everything you need (even a freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). It’s very close (3min walk) to the centre of Ambleside which makes it also a perfect starting point for some nice hikes. There are lots of books about the Lakes and maps for the area. David and Mike are great hosts. They shared their local knowledge and ideas for walks and other activities. They genuinely care about their guest’s happiness, and even invited me to their Christmas dinner (which was delicious). I would stay again here next time I’m in Ambleside.
