Description
Comfortable and panoramic apartment (mansard) at the first floor of a villa situated on the Ionic coast, in the middle of archaeological and artistic historical wealths of the eastern part of Sicily. In close proximity to the ancient cities of the Greek traditions, like Syracuse, Taormina and Palazzolo Acreide. One can admire the great Baroque historical centre in Noto, Modica and Ragusa. Only 2km far from the seaside, a few kilometres from the natural reserve of Vendicari, long white beaches of Fontane Bianche and the coasts of Portopalo di Capo Passero, 30 minutes by car from Etna, the highest active vulcan in Europe.
The apartment is very quiet and beautifully landscaped. It has an independent kitchen, bathroom, 3 double bedrooms and a small terrace. It is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, TV, air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, ping pong table, refrigerator, coffee maker, furniture, iron, fan.
Special rates in relation to the length of your stay. Special prices are granted for children and it is possible to rent the apartment at a reduced price in case of application for only two people.

“Lovely house and very nice owners”
The house is very nice and beautiful, we have spent some really relaxing days here. The owners (Mrs Alida and Mr Aldo) are really kind persons, available for any kind of requests you should have. The location as well is good: from here you may reach a lot of other interesting places around the island. We really suggest to spend some days here.
