“Week in paradise” First time to the island and the vacation was great especially with the accommodations at the Pink Sand Cottage. Perfect for the two of us and loved the views from inside and outside the house of nothing but beach and water. I'm not sure how it is other times of the year but almost every day we were the only ones on the beach. Maybe just timing but it felt as though we were the only ones on the island at times and having the peace and quiet was much needed. Thanks to Ken and adele for a great week and hope to be back soon! “Perfect Getaway!!” The Cabin was perfect and equipped with everything my husband and I needed!! George was the perfect host, helping us arrange a rental car, fishing guide and great local sights, including an absolutely beautiful secluded beach that we had to ourselves for the day. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out to explore. He was there to answer any questions and meet our needs but we also had plenty of privacy. We plan to return (with our kids) this winter and stay in the larger house. Even though we were able to find most of the items we needed, We will send food ahead next time because it is so expensive on the island and the choice of meats is so limited.

“Shangri La” This is a beautiful spot. The cottage itself was very clean and lovely. The sheets were excellent, and the kitchen had every cooking utensil needed, along with heavy bottomed cookware (excellent for cooking that cracked corn for grits!) Sara and Dan are very knowledgeable, and generous with said knowledge. The beach is a short walk and is gorgeous, and quiet. No complaints whatsoever!

“marvelous” We spent 15 marvellous days at Blueskies cottage! The house is very clean and full of everything things you need, and it's really the perfect cottage to spend a faboulous holiday also with all the family (we were mummy, daddy, and two kids 6 and 8 years). “Very nice stay” We stayed at the cottage for 10 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, comfortable beds, and many great night's of sleep. Not to mention the kayaking in front of the house was loads of fun too. The host, Valerie, is very accommodating and a fountain of information. This is the opposite of an all-inclusive catered vacation place. Here it is do-it yourself on your own schedule. We will go back again.
