Spacious 3 bedroom, fully furnished holiday home in small mature development with large gardens and shared tennis court. Excellently situated beside the golf course and within easy walking distance of the beach and the town. Downstairs the kitchen / dining area has an open plan style, with sliding patio door which leads onto the furnished patio area which is partially fenced off for privacy. The kitchen units are of a modern cream high gloss finish with all modern appliances.Through double doors you are led from the dining area into the living area which is comfortably furnished with 2 large couches, coffee table, TV, and flame effect fireplace. Off the kitchen, there is a large utility room with sink and washing machine. There is also a downstairs shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, and one twin room and a hot press. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.Ballybunion has lots of amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants, public swimming pool & leisure centre and theatre. Lots of nice local walks. Very good, safe surfing on Ballybunion beach. Sea fishing and river fishing on the River Feale. And of course golf at the world renowned Ballybunion Golf Course! Outside Ballybunion, you can drive through the scenic Irish countryside and visit local towns such as Killarney, Kenmare, Dingle and Listowel. Driving along the 'Ring of Kerry' is an absolute must! Further afield, there are areas such as West Cork and Clare to visit. The Cliffs of Moher is a popular areas to visit. .

“Exceptional”
Comfortable House, owner was there to welcoming us and was very helpful. Good location within walking distance to Beach and Town. I would highly recommend it.

Owners were lovely. Met us with keys. House is spacious and clean with everything needed eg washing machine etc Location was ideal. Near town, restaurants and beach Would book again.

“Absolutely perfect!”
Could not have been happier with the holiday home. Everything was clean. It’s a beautiful house. Perfect amount of room for me and my family. We have family in the area so there was an extra bed available for them. It’s in the perfect area also. Really easy to get to town. The kids walked up to ballybunion about everyday.
