“Wow!!” Dave, the Villa bus driver, picked us up at a local hotel where we had spent the previous night. The trip from Montego Bay to Mais Oui took a little over an hour but we did have one stop at a grocery for snacks and drinks. Dave was available the entire week and his advice on day trips and what to see was really appreciated. Upon arrival at the Villa we were greeted by Miss Ruby and the entire staff that presented us with cool towels and rum punch. We got a quick tour of the property while our luggage was unloaded and placed in the appropriate rooms. We were a group of 11 adults--all family and close friends. The Villa was spotless and all the items that we had requested in advance were on site for our arrival. This included the first two days' food and drinks. Arrangements for the food and drinks had been made with a local grocery where the Villa can charge and get delivery. The items were a bit pricy but for the convenience of having everything on site at arrival it is worth a little extra. On Tuesday Chef Arthur and I shopped at a large grocery store in Ocho Rios and purchased food for the remainder of our stay. Prices at this store were excellent as was the selection of food available. Our week at Mais Oui was exceptional. The staff was superb. Miss Ruby, the manager, was always available if we had questions or needs. Audrey and Janice kept the Villa in immaculate condition with fresh linens and towels daily in each room as well as fresh towels for the pool and beach as needed. Max kept the pool and grounds spotless and made sure the hot tub was ready as requested. Paul was always on hand also to serve our meals and get anything our group needed. A security guard was on site from dusk to dawn. Everyone in the group enjoyed "spa" day on Wednesday when massages were provided for our entire group. These were done by therapists whom the Villa arranged to have on site that day at an additional charge. The pool area is wonderful as it provides areas of shade, partial sun and full sun depending on how you locate your loungers. The pool is not heated but very refreshing when cooling off from the warm sun. We were a little saddened that the tennis court was in need of some repair but we were still able to use the court just not play competitively. The food at the Villa has to be considered a high point. Chef Arthur is a wonderful cook and prepared some of the finest meals we have enjoyed. He took the menu we had arranged and prepared almost everything we had requested. He asked permission to vary some dishes to give us a little more flavor of Jamaica and everyone agreed his selections were first rate. He is preparing a cook book with all his recipes and we look forward to getting a copy!! Overall, we felt like we were treated like members of the Mais Oui family. There were plenty of tears when on our last morning we were serenaded by the entire staff. Totally unexpected was a call from the Villa owner to see how our vacation was progressing and if all our needs were being met.

“Spectacular views of sea with brilliant staff” Stayed at Maranatha villa this year and left completely impressed with the staff, location and villa.. They really offered us sincere hospitality and ensured that we were well taken care of. We had some delicious meals that we enjoyed at times on the gazebo by the seaside which has some spectacular views. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent on hot days. The adventurous ones in our group jumped off into the ocean for snorkeling and swimming in the reef. An excellent time was had by all. We will definitely be back.

“Great vacation home” The home was exactly as it appeared on the site. House was clean and comfortable.view was amazing. Everything we needed was available to us or in reasonable distance. Marsha is a wonderful host, she was always available by phone and had Ms. Bev there waiting for us upon arrival even though we arrived earlier than the check in time. Miss Beverly is a very polite lady who showed up everything we needed to know. Will definitely be going back to stay and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable vacation home.

“Best trip to Jamaica ever!!!” My girlfriends and I decide to take a girls trip to some where nice so we can chill, relax, party, and just have so fun. We decide on Palm Villa in Ducans, Jamaica. Now I've been to Jamaica countless times, but this time its was the perfect get away. First and foremost Jennifer was and is amazing. The villa was clean, relaxing, cozing and about a 2 min walk from the ocean. The landscaping was beatiful and the outside shower is to die for. Jennifer toke care of everting from food to transportation and everting in between. Also the local were very friendly (hey tony). In closing I would like to thank Jennifer and Palm Villa for making this trip to Jamaica the best trip ever. “Greatest accommodations” Lloyd and Pauline are the two greatest people ever. This is the first time I stayed at one of Lloyds properties and now im hooked. The condo was so well kept. With everything I needed to cook for myself!!! The balcony over looked the ocean and I could hear the waves through out the house. Pauline is the sweetest she made sure I had everything I needed. She even did my laundry which was great. My friend rented Lloyds condo next door and we were able to connect the two!!! The condo is just a short walk from everything. This will be the only place I stay at for now on!!!

“Winter getaway-Jazzfest” The Residences at Briarwood, we recently stayed there in January 2014, It is one of Jamaica's best kept secrets, The owners Baron and Charmaine was most accommodating, kind, and pleasant, they made sure that we had an enjoyable time. this is the first time in 20 years I have not stayed in a non all Inclusive, this stay was a far better one. The beach is a 5 minutes transportation to Falmouth 2 miles away is inexpensive. I am looking forward many more stays in the future , love it , love it ,love it

“My Stay” I usually don't do this but I felt the world should no. This home has the most beautiful view. The home is well maintained, Bathrooms, bedrooms everything. I would love to keep this gem to myself but I felt I should share this with the world. The community is terrific close to local shops, the stadium and night life. I would recommend this home! Thanks Mr Williams we will be back.
