“Beautiful location, quiet, private, just wonderful!” Great location! The condo was clean and comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful. The beds in the condo were great. All appliances worked great. Would stay here again. The views were magnificent!!! “Great house, great location!” This house is terrific! We had 4 couples and 5 kids ages 2 months to 6 years old... we all stayed for an entire week and had a great time. There are enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the older kids. The pool is AWESOME. All of the extra toys in the garage were a huge bonus. The dock provided entertainment at night for the fisherman of the group. We caught a stingray, blue fish, and crabs. We cooked breakfast and dinner for our group every day. The kitchen worked out well. The extra fridge in the basement adds extra convenience. The dining table sat up to 8... this is the only thing I would have liked to have changed... a larger table to accommodate 12 but that is hard to find in a vacation rental. The location of the house is great. Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre Beach, and Destin were close enough for day trips and entertainment. Absolutely gorgeous beaches! I would stay here again without question.

“Wonderful” Denise was absolutely fantastic, easily accessible and accommodating. The condo was more than I expected, located directly across from the beach and near the main attractions and restaurants. I would most definitely vacation here again and highly recommend the condo to other vacationers.

“Great experience!” We spent 5 nights at Paraiso to attend a family wedding in Destin. The house comfortably accommodated seven of us during our stay. The home is tastefully furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. There are a few areas that could use a little bit of touch-up paint and the carpet shows some wear in places, but that's to be expected for a vacation rental that likely sees a lot of use. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, which all contained dressers and/or roomy closets for storing clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all of the main items you would need for doing some stay-in cooking (pots, pans, various utensils, cooking oil) and there is a propane grill available on the front patio as well. Paraiso is in an attractive gated community and, even though the homes are closely packed together, we experienced no issues with outside noise. It is a short three-block walk to the beautiful beaches and the community pool is a fun place to spend some time with its rock island waterfall in the middle of it. The home's location is also convenient to Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and several restaurants. Finally, I want to comment on the home's owners. I found them to be very accessible during the booking process and were very responsive when we had a minor problem getting the thermostat adjusted upon our arrival. On most occasions when I called, they answered on first attempt, and on the few occasions where that did not happen, they returned my call within less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

“This is a perfect condo for a small family.” The condo is conveniently located on the beach with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. The rental is very well equipped with items you need for a relaxing stay. Everything went very smooth while we were there ...no trouble at all. The property is NOT so big that is overly crowded on elevators or beach. NO long waits for an elevator and lots of space on beach to spread out. We'll consider this rental again!!!!

“Home away from home !!!” Great beach front, relaxing and comfortable getaway. All the things you could think of to do right there, lots of restaurants to eat your favorite foods, sight seeing but when we are there do not really want to leave and that also means when vacation is over also do not want it to end!!
