“Great value” Kathy was very responsive, she and her family were very nice. The house was clean and cozy. We liked how the house stood solo unlike the rest of the houses on the dock.

“Perfect Beach Vacation” This is the 2nd time that my family stayed in this wonderful beach house. It has everything to make your vacation complete. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make a nice home meal. The family room is large and comfortable. The condo is a desirable end unit which has a great view of the bird sanctuary on one side. We enjoyed the new high beach chairs that were on the balcony, and spotted a few osprey in a nest. The beach is a quick minute walk away. If you like the beach and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

“Great place in beautiful Brigantine” Stayed a week in beautiful Brigantine and everything was great! The owner Tony lives downstairs and keeps the place spotless. At first I was afraid my children might be too noisy, but we soon felt right at home. The apartment is way better than in the pictures and had everything we needed. The cool breeze from the ocean was amazing and even with the scorching hot days, we never used the A/C.The apartment is literally within walking distance to everything. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. The only complaint (if you can call it that) is the kids found the walk to the beach a little too far, but i didn't mind. Thanks for a wonderful stay Tony. Hope to be back soon!

“Amazing Family Vacation” We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2014 with my family for my moms 50th Birthday. Steve was great so accommodating, friendly, and easily accessible. “well worth it in all aspects” we have stayed at this property for 6 years in a row and have enjoyed each year. there are 11 of us that occupy both first floor apartments the outdoor shower is perfect for kids or adultsthe kitchen is spacious enough for all of us to eat together. the beach is close enough to walk to. the boardwalk, rental bikes, amusement and water parks, tennis courts, play ground are all just a few short blocks away. all in all great location and value for all that wildwood crest has to offer. we look forward to it every year.

“Our home away from home!” We have rented with the Boumans for the past 4 years and this residence has always exceeded our expectations. The home is immaculately kept and offers all the amenities a family could need for a comfortable vacation. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the bay and the ocean, as well as restaurants, playgrounds and fishing/crabbing. Spending a week in Lavallette every summer has become a tradition for our family and we could not imagine doing so without staying at this rental property.
