“Last minute trip was great” Decided at the last minute to take a trip to Mexico. Puerto Aventuras was great. Quiet, laid back and very safe (in my opinion). Rental company was very accomodating and helpful. Villas del Mar condo E-102 was also very nice. Enjoyed beginning and ending our days in our private hot tub on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Property is excellently maintained and staff is very friendly. We took a day trip to the ruins at Tulum and I am pleased we did. I would recommend getting the tour guide at the ruins. They provide a lot of great informtion that cannot be gained by the self guided tour. Have fun.

“Already planning our return trip!!” This was our third stay at Villas del Mar. Our first stay in Casa Tranquila. Went there for my 50th birthday celebration and it was everything I hoped for! We are already planning our return trip!

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Gorgeous place and views, outstanding service” We spent a week at the villa with family to celebrate our wedding on the beach. The views are just gorgeous, it rained quite a lot, but It made it our stay and wedding ceremony even more memorable. Great backgrounds for the pictures. The villa is kind of isolated from the crowds but very close to the beach and the hotel, so we could go to a few hotel evening performances and enjoy the sand beach. The fact that the villa is not on the beach did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we loved it, very dramatic and more natural views. The owners are great hosts and keep villa and amenities in very good shape. The cleaning service was excellent. Mexican cooks were great not only as cooks but also very nice people with very welcoming and kind personalities. It was a good idea to have cooking services, very reasonably priced and delicious. Overall, the experience met and exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend Brisa Caribe for all the reasons stated above and for Doug and Shelly being very helpful in organizing this trip (cooking services, taxi, etc.). We would also recommend this place for a small intimate wedding ceremony, our wedding was more beautiful than we expected and Doug recommended us a good wedding planner who made it even more perfect! “Beautiful Home Perfectly Managed” The home was beautiful and the service was top notch. Mimi the concierge is among the best we have ever worked with.

“beautiful, clean apartment” immaculate apartment, with fully fitted kitchen with all the utensils required. The two master bedrooms are luxurious, large and a delight to stay in though the third bedroom is a lot smaller and more basic as no en-suite. Generally very quiet location though there was work being carried out near the pool on one apartment which was a distraction. The BBQ and porch area were very nice. Didn't use the jacuzzi though as needs to be filled like a bath each time.

“A little slice of Heaven” This was our third time at Chac Hal al and we love it!! We love the unit we stay in, it's roomy, steps from the beach, we feel very much at home here. There is some work that need to be done on the unit itself. The bathroom in the master bath needs to be painted and the shower leaks...a lot! The sliding glass door in the living room is very hard to open. However, we will return next year and hopefully for 2 weeks. We pray every year that it's as calm and quiet as the last time we were there. This is our little slice of Heaven!

“Fantasic villa, fantastic staff, fantastic stay” Enormous villa with beautiful bedrooms and gorgeous indoor/outdoor living area opening onto a pool and tethered to the unique local landscape by the surrounding vegetation and a spring-fed rock lagoon. But what makes this villa special is the friendly staff, for whom no courtesty or comfort was too small to overlook.

“Villas del Mar C 101” Our group of eight have come to Villas del Mar C-101 every year for the past 10 years. The villa is very comfortable, clean and very nice. We love the large bedrooms, family areas and bathrooms, newly remodeled kitchen. The security is great and the many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance is a plus, so many to choose from and everyone is very pleasant and courtious. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Also the villa is right on the beach so you can go back and forth for drinks,food, etc. you don't have to pack a bag!

“The best & most picturesque beachfront hacienda on the Riviera M” My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Kukulkan during our Mexico trips, and consider it by far, the most gorgeous private home on the beautiful Mayan coastline! So look no further, you have found your dream vacation home in the Caribbean! From the minute we walked in, it completely took our breath away! The front of the house opens to a big tennis court on the left. There's even a fully equipped gym with panoramic views of the ocean, all which gave us the added motivation to work out on our vacation! ? The center of the house has an open air courtyard with a cute pond, and pretty patio furniture, and all rooms are built around it, some with spectacular ocean views. We spent many a night doing dinners under the moonlight and breakfast when we wanted to just laze in. The maids did a wonderful job with cooking & housekeeping, going out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. What is so impressive is that every room and every piece of furniture is custom designed! We spent hours in the fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, with music playing in surround sound throughout the villa. The location was awesome! Puerto aventuras surrounding a beautiful dolphin marina is convenient, close to all the night life & shopping at Playa and also the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. We felt safe and secure in this gated community! 3 years later, we were back to get married & the ambience was surreal! The courtyard, steps from the ocean, was perfect for our Reception, with Cocktail Hour by the pool. We hosted our family there, and the 8 bedrooms were more than sufficient to accommodate all. Our wedding was a huge success and our guests cannot stop talking about the gorgeous hacienda! We highly recommend Hacienda Kukulkan as your abode, to enjoy paradise in style! Like us, you would go back!! We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas & Eddie, and maids like Mariana who made our stay there so memorable!

“This place has it all!” This condo had everything we wanted while vacationing in Mexico. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were updated and beautiful. We loved that the pool and beach were only a few steps from the patio, and that there is a beautiful coral reef just moments from the shore. We snorkeled everyday. You can swim with dolphins, eat at great restaurants, and shop in the cute little stores in the marina at Puerto Aventuras, which is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home, this is it! We will be back!

“We were in paradise.” Our experience in Puerto adventura could not have been better. Our condo was great. It was roomy and clean. Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for all. The weather was great all week. Anytime we needed anything, we would just send a quick e-mail to Marina and it was taken care of. We so did not want to leave to come home. We were there with our children and one 9 month old grandson and we had everything we needed. Puerto adventura is a community where you can chose to do a lot or just relax at your own condo area/beach and have a great time. We will be sure to try to go back there in the future,
