“Absolute Paradise!!!!” Thanks to Tom we had the perfect getaway!!! Fast booking, we were provided with tons of information before we even left and the deposit returned asap. This condo was in the best place - you were in your own world yet so close to everything. We had privacy, everyone was pleasant and perfect weather. All that was needed was right there. The view was beautiful, the pool 2 minutes away - walking and Sapphire Beach 5 minutes away - walking. And lets not leave out the Off the Grid food truck at the top of the hill. We are early risers so we snorkeled in the morning, walked the beach in the afternoon and made good use of the pool 7am to 10pm with cocktails and appetizers at the Sapphire and Grill. The ferry to St. Thomas is a 5 minute drive too!!! This is the place you want to be and we will definitely be booking this amazing place again. Thanks to you Tom and your condo - you rock!!!!

“Week in paradise!” Our stay in the Little Palm Suite was wonderful! The suite was exactly as described in the posting and was accurately displayed in the photos. The view of Fish Bay off the deck was amazing! It was a beautiful sight to look forward to every morning. The suite was very clean and well-stocked with necessities. Both the inside and outside (grounds) at the suite were extremely well-maintained. We appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs provided for us to use for our daily trip(s) to the beaches. Michael was a wonderful host! The information he provided to prior to our trip was extremely helpful as we made our plans. He was so helpful to us during our stay as well with directions and with restaurant and beach recommendations. We enjoyed all of the restaurants that he recommended. Our personal favorites were the Sun Dog Cafe for breakfast/lunch and the Lime Inn and Fish Trap for dinner. We loved being able to eat every meal outside for an entire week! The ice cream shop at the end of Mongoose Junction was also a favorite. Our favorite north side beaches were Hawksnest (smaller and not very busy) and Trunk Bay (busier, but so beautiful and picturesque). We really enjoyed the laid-back pace on St. John and had a truly relaxing week. I really enjoyed staying a little bit outside of Cruz Bay and the location in Fish Bay was perfect. We would highly recommend Little Palm Suite! Thank you, Michael for sharing your home with us and for helping us enjoy our week in paradise!

“Awesome family vacation” This was our second visit to Drakes View and we again enjoyed everything the property has to offer...views, a well equpped kitchen, hot tub and ample space for our 3 generations to be together for Thanksgiving week. In spite of an abnormally rainy week, we made the best of our beach time and enjoyed the views from the villa when we were forced inside. We lovedbeing able to stay overlooking Coral Bay,our favorite side of St. Johns. We explored several new beaches and snorkeling apots. “Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). Can't wait to go back to the best place on earth!! Dana & Jason we love you, Thank You for making our honeymoon a time to remember forever..God Bless

“Re-impressed” I spent time at Great Expectations for one month, each, in 2010 and 2011 with family and friends. We had an amazing time. Its really a beautiful property, and its true, everything you need, they supply. in 2013 we tried a new place on a different island. What a mistake. the place did not live up to its on line review or pics. This year we went back to G E and were even more pleased (which none of us thought was possible)! The new pool is amazing. Infinity in style, large, with amazing views. Can't wait for next year!

“Perfect vacation in St Thomas” Spent end of January, beginning of February at Laverne's place in Pavilions and Pools. Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was great having your own pool just outside the door. The property was quiet and peaceful and We really enjoyed our stay here. The girls at the front desk, the maintenance people, everyone at the facility were extremely friendly and very responsive to any of our requests. Vicars, the on site restaurant was excellent. If you go there, order the steamed mussels appetizer. It was fabulous. Every morning there are bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee if you don't feel like making your own breakfast. We also used the grill to cook a few steaks during our stay. The only slight drawback was the walk to the beach, it was approximately 5 minutes long, but seemed worse if you are carrying beach chairs, towels, etc. However, once you get to the beach the walk was worth it. Sapphire Beach is a really nice beach, with changing and rest room facilities and a vendor (Banana Bar) that serves sandwiches, drinks etc. From the beach it's a short walk to the Marina where you can see the Tarpon & Barracudas swimming in the clear waters. Red hook was a great area for restaurants or a trip to St Johns and it's only a few minutes away. We did not have a car and didn't need one. The Safari taxis stop right in front of the hotel, and regular taxis are not that expensive and easy to find. Don't miss the fiddle player at Latitude 18 on the other side of the Red Hook Harbor.

“Heaven on earth” I want to thank the owner Thursten Cook for another wonderful week at South Sound. The property is located on a private cove with breathtaking views of the Ocean. The property was in great shape with a new refrigerator and a new boat. It is difficult to put into words the feeling of falling asleep at night and hearing the roar of the ocean. As this is our second time at the Villa we are starting to get to know all the citizens. The people on the Island go out of their way to make you feel confortable. “A Gem” Too Blue is a Gem!! Having tea every morning while watching Yacht Club activities, or boats coming and going from Cowpet Harbor was soothing. Walking to the beach each day without having to drive, perfect. Being close to Red Hook was nice too. Very good restaurants near by as well. Perfect spot. The unit itself is beyond 5 star's ! The only issue we had was there was no electricity in the bathrooms that is it (you shouldn't blow dry your hair on the islands any way). Every other amenity was thought of (frying pan's on the small side should you want to cook breakfast in the am for the group) The furniture and beds are all comfortable. But wait.... The master bath shower, will be the best shower you ever experience. I had tears in my eyes the day I turned off the water for the last time! I actually waved good bye to the view! Miray has been nothing but great to work with! This is the place to stay!!!

“Beyond Expectations” I would not stay anywhere else on the island. The house itself is in immaculate condition with huge sliding glass doors in every room allowing for amazing views of the Caribbean from every room. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the house's beautiful décor encourages complete relaxation. Whether watching TV, playing Xbox/Playstation or listening to music via the surround sound system, it felt like our every whim was met. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet appliances and cookware which made my ability to create fantastic meals for us easy and fun. When we tired of laying by the pool, the beach was less than a mile away and the Red Hook night life was right down the street. This villa is truly one of the premier locations on the island. I cannot wait for the next trip back

“Loved this house!” The layout of Limin house was perfect, lots of private areas to chill and a lovely open air veranda to come together. The attention to detail was noted from the great margarita and ice machines to flashlights in all rooms. Loved to be able to make coffee in the bedroom and the sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the scene unfold below. We loved the huge outside BBQ and took advantage of having half our dinners in. Pool was fantastic with great views and gardens all around the property were lovely. Outdoor showers were great anytime of day! We had issues with our main fridge, but Deb (Manager) was very attentive and helpful and brought us ice if we needed. The freezer worked and there was a bar fridge by the pool so we all got lots of exercise. We understand things go wrong and it is hard to get parts etc on the island. The house more than made up for this and we didn't really care too much. we hope to be back in 2 years and would definitely stay at Limin House.

“I really cannot imagine any place more enjoyable for us” We recently stayed at Nancy's condos for the first three days of our 10 day stay. All I can say is that I wished we had stayed there the entire time! We headed to a resort and even my 12 and 7 year old boys (who had plenty to keep them busy at the resort) kept saying that they wished we were back at "Nancy's condos." The beach and the water were simply amazing. No having to fight for pool or beach chairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the kitchen was with excellent cookware and general supplies with many guests "paying it forward," with items they left. We did the same. There is really nothing negative I can say at all, as evidenced by the fact that we already booked for next year immediately upon arriving home!

“TreeTops has it all” We are from Minnesota and make a warm weather getaway every winter. We have been to a number of different places but this was our first time to the USVI. Both the destination generally and our stay with June and Steve exceeded our expectations. June called shortly after our arrival and gave us directions that were easy to follow. She was there to greet us on arrival (along with her dogs Buddy, Fred and Ginger) and walked us through the property so we knew beforehand where everything was located. While walking around, she also went through a running list of things to do and see on the island as well as nearby St. John. The best place to get groceries if we wanted to dine in, the best places nearby to go out for dinner, the best places to go to get away from "the tourists" and mingle with the local islanders, and on and on. Way too much to digest at one time. Fortunately, she and Steve were around most of the week so we could ask a second and third and fourth time when we couldn't remember. They were quite accomodating when it came to providing the "extras" like a cooler, snorkel gear and beach chairs so we didn't have to rent when we got to the beach; and we loved the "furry extras" when Buddy, Fred and Ginger periodically came up to visit during our stay. All in all, the convenient location, the wonderful view, the warm breeze making its way up the hill, the comfortable accomodations, and especially the attention we received from June and Steve made this an exceptionally wonderful break from the Minnesota winter!
