“A little gem in a great location” This condo is pretty much exactly as billed. It's small (think large hotel room with a well-appointed kitchen), and very nicely detailed and maintained. The bed is very comfortable, the living area, bath and kitchen all very well designed. The only drawback (which wasn't a big deal for us) is that there is no view. Truly - none. But we spent our days on the beach and about San Juan, so "view" was low on our list. The first floor, close to the building entry is great - quick in and out. Gary was very nice and helpful, too. Even sent us his maps of things to do in the neighborhood. All-in-all, exactly what we'd hoped for.
