“Love it when q plan comes together” Being a first time flip key user this worked out so well for me. Our trip had us in the downtown area and it was great because we could get to where we were going in 15 minuets. Also only 15 minuets or so to sea world. It was clean and safe and so nice to come back to after a long day. The owners were great and so easy to work with. I would definitely choose to stay again on another trip.

“Beautiful place” The property is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The views are amazing however they don't include the airport that takes up most go the foreground and noise. Once you get use to that watching the plans come in and depart is quite a site ....so yes would recommend this property. One comment for consideration is the tv ...had two 16 year olds with us and they can navigate most tech type things ...the TV set up was a lesson in frustration and at time pure annoyance. When you have guests from overseas that aren't use to the system h Here in the states then clearer instructions would be a big plus. Location is great, parking your car was simple and secure and the property was very clean. Main toilet seat in the En suite is an experience all on its own ! Would I stay here again ... Definitely ....

“Great location!” Our hosts were very responsive. Casa abalone has a private back yard (we grilled dinner in the backyard on Christmas Day!), ocean view from the small front landing/sitting area, walking distance to everything,top appliances in the kitchen, luxury bathrooms, and very roomy for a family of 4. Could have a few more comfortable chairs, the furniture was a little spartan. They had two 21-speed bikes with locks for us to use. That was a real bonus.

“We keep coming back” This was our second stay at the La Jolla Cottage and hopefully we will come back next year. We have never been the hotel types and like being able to have a kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. It is so nice that it is just a short walk to Wind n Sea and we had some lovely walks there in the early morning and evenings. The home is clean, the furniture is in good shape and the bed is comfortable as well.

“Close to everything, very modern and clean!” We very much enjoyed our week in San Diego staying in this rental - it was modern, well-appointed and clean, we would definitely recommend it! It is very centrally located which means its never more than 20 minutes to get to any of the major attractions like Seaworld, Balboa Park, the Zoo or downtown SD. In particular, it is very close to the Middletown trolley station which we used extensively. One thing to note is that the rental does overlook the runway of the nearby airport but the sound insulation is good and of course the aircraft stop at about 10-11pm at night. Both the owner and the guest relations manager were easily contactable and very quick to help with the minor issues we encountered. We would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego!

“San Diego Gem” fabulous, attentive, helpful and friendly hosts and accommodation. The house was super comfy and homely and the veranda and garden were really lovely, esp the little hummingbird that came to visit us! Thank you Michelle XX
