“Wonderful! Love the penthouse, location and area!” This penthouse was a wonderful place to spent time in Las Vegas. We loved the balcony, amenities and the friendly staff at MGM Signature. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. Cindy and her company were really helpful and reliable.

“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. “Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“Wonderful Place to stay” I stayed at the Island Club for a period of 3 months and was very happy with my stay. It was quiet, and comfortable. I liked the layout of my condo which was on one floor. My family of 5 had plenty of room to enjoy. I also liked how there was a patio in back. It made it feel more like a home. We stayed on the top floor where there was vaulted ceilings and lots of windows in the front room. This made it feel more spacious and rich. The amenities were additionally nice as well. There were 2 different pools and jacuzzis, tennis court, clubhouse and work out room to enjoy. I also liked how you could park right up against your condo building. The location was very convieinent as well. It is close to all major attractions. 15 minutes from Disney - 25 from Universal and close to shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

5 Star Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo - Beaver Creek Village

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. “Amazing Horse Property 10 Min from Beach” I traveled to the Ranch by The Sea with my family. We had a large group with age range from age 5 to 75 years of age. This is the perfect destination for any age. Bob the owner was a terrific host. He showed us everything we needed to know about how to use everything on the property. He also gave us suggestions of restaurants, bars, and best places to go to the beach which was very helpful since we were not familiar with the area. Anything we needed we just had to text or call him and he was available. There is plenty to do on the property no matter what age you are. There are many private rooms with tvs if you are just looking to relax and have some quite time. There are also many common areas to have fun with others to play pool, arcade games, ping pong etc and not disturb anyone else. There is a large patio with a fantastic view overlooking the pool and San Diego. Every evening around sunset you would see hot air balloons in the sky that would take off around Del Mar Race Track. There are also great sunsets to the west that fill the sky with vibrant orange and pink colors that everyone loved! Both the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There is a shallow end and a diving board so a little bit for everyone. There is plenty of seating by the pool to watch the kids or just lounge and kick back and sun tan. If you are a horse lover this property is a must. There are horses on property with a large riding arena. The owner gave both kids and adults very fun and informative riding lessons. He is very knowledgeable about horses and riding. He is fun but informative and safe all at the same time. So whether you are an experienced rider or first timer everyone can have a great time. The house is very large with many different bedrooms. It is great because you can have a large group but everyone can have piece and quite and their own space which we all thought was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the San Diego area. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be coming back soon to do it again.

“Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Better than a hotel” The villa is located in a nice,quite environment but close enough to Disney and to shopping opportunities. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, a lot of entertainment facilities are available. Too bad that the little children costumes in the closet wouldn't fit any of us. We very much enjoyed the calm environment after a long day spent in Disney World. Thanks for the pleasant experience hope we can return some times!
