“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. “Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Lovely Get-away” We were very pleased with this house. The split floor plan was a nice plus and my husband and I loved the master suite with our own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We liked the smaller table in the kitchen which is where we played cards and games. It was also nice to have a large dining table so our whole group could eat together. The setting is beautiful, having the lake view out the back. This was a wonderful home base for our family while in Florida for our son’s wedding!
