“Comfortable, convenient and well stocked McCann's Maui Vista” McCann's Maui Vista is a home away from home! It has everything you need to prepare meals, go to the beach and relax in style. The unit is well decorated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were nice, the towels were fluffy and smelled clean. The kitchen had pots, pans, baking sheets, knives cutting boards juice jugs. You may think "big deal" but we have stayed in places where there have been a lack of these things and barring packing this stuff or buying it, it is nice to not have to worry! The multiple pool access is nice. We have small children so if there were an abundance of non children people at the closest pool, we just moved on to the next one. There were also times, more often than not, where we were the only ones at the pool. This may be because the non children people went somewhere else! Maui Vista is within a few minutes walk to the beach or shops and restaurants if one is so inclined. I would return to McCann's unit and I have recommended it to friends. It was a great experience!

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“A Nice Slice Of Heaven” We just returned from spending the month of February in Gorgona. Tom and Karen have this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo prepared with everything. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the space was great for the 4 of us. Wi-fi was easy and having access to free long distance in North america and a great Weber bbq. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and fishing village was great. We met wonderful people on our morning walks -an incredible beach and only a 10 minute walk to the fishing village for a fresh catch of sea bass. Just a few minutes to walk to the local sports bar, La Ruina - sit at the bar - and the bus stop is right across the street - 30 cents to the main road! Cabs were easy - the guard would call for us or you can set up the cell phone Tom and Karen have available and for $3. we drove into Coronado with 3 supermarkets - Super 99, the The Rey and and the El Machetazo - best produce We took a bus from the main road into the albrook Mall in Panama City - $2.50. Fyi - when you return, book your ticket in the Mall for Santa Clara and get off at Gorgona - you will need to buy a 'superpass card'' for $1.50 as well, not just the bus tickets. If you need help - Tom and Karen have a wonderful property manager, Carlo - he was there for us, when one of our companions forgot her insulin! There is also a new clinic in Coronado - the Doctor speaks English - $20 to see him! They have a very good dentist in Coronado close to Super 99. Day trip - definitely El Vallee - cooler - great market and busy on a Sunday. Grab Oscar for a tour of the Old City and the Canal - he picked us up at the airport - great English and sense of humour and a wealth of info. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Loved it!!” I absolutely loved the condo!! The view was amazing! The only thing that sucked was not actually being able to enjoy the balcony due to the pigeons. Everything is close by.... and they pretty much provide everything you need in the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone.

“The best place in Rio!” I stayed at Jane's beautiful apartment in Ipanema with my wife in Feb 2013 and it was the most perfect & luxurious apartment you could hope for. The apartment was spacious with nice modern decoration inside. The pool and the view from the pool is probably the best on the strip! Jane was so helpful from the moment we agreed to stay, months before our trip, always providing us with helpful info about the apartment and Rio in general. “A relaxing haven away from the madness of the coast” We travellrd to Gaucin as an extended family and were delighted when we discovered Casa Msaica nd its Casita (set in the gardens)this worked very well for us as we all had our own space if we needed it but still enjoyed all the bceautiful aspects of both properties as a family. Both the Casa and Casita are stunninng with a strong moorish feel,they are full of amazing hand made mosaics ,wall hangings, beautiful lamps, the opposite to the usual minimal of rental properties ,they are full of the owners own personal objects. The gardens are full of exotic plants and water features and several shady sitting areas . The pool is large with comfy sun loungers , it can be lit up at night (ideal for that midnight swim on hot nights) Gaucin is a pretty mountain village with amazing views it has a surprising number of restaurants and tapas bars.(all within walking distance of Casa Mosaica) the food was very good and the owners most welcoming. There is a good supermarket near to the Casa and several other food outlets in the village. ialtogether a wonderful relaxing holiday , we will return !

“Great stay” Spent 2 weeks here and was not disappointed at all, it met all of our needs. The condo was very clean, kitchen we'll stocked, and most important was the bed was very comfortable. There was never any noise problems day or night. It's in a great location, short walk to lots of restaurants, gift shops, and. Of course the ice cream shop. Condo us also furnished with snorkel gear, beach chairs, and mats. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Disney Adventure” My family and I drove from NY to this lovely house and felt right at home. We were a total of 11 and stayed for 10 days. Since the first day we booked the house the owner was attentive and responded very quickly when I wrote to him. The house was well equippped, clean and beautifully decorated. “Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Wonderful apartment in beautiful Marigot Bay.” The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for the week with towels, dishes, full kitchen, etc. Nina was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We loved Marigot Bay, the bakery right below for soup and croissants, the nearby restaurants, and boat rides from the bay to nearby beaches and sites. Suggestions would be to try Jullietta's for dinner up the hill. They will pick you up from Marigot Bay. We had alex take us around in his water taxi, the pool at Discovery Hotel was fantastic; definitely recommend spending some time there. The Botanical Gardens are worth a visit as is the market in Castries and Rodney Bay and nearby fort. But if all you do is sit on the balcony at apartment 7a, you will be happy. It is worth the visit just for the beautiful setting and view from this private area. Would love to come back one day.
