“New River Ramble” This was a great time for the entire family. We attended the ASU football game, but until that time we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. The New River, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room, the bicycles, etc. were enjoyed by everyone. This place has everything you could imagine you would need. We will be back! :)

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Home away from home.” We've just finished our 3rd summer in this cottage, and plan on returning next year. The cottage is beautifully finished, fully equipped, and impeccably maintained, with plenty of room for ourselves and our kids. The owner's are always available, extremely helpful and friendly. Situated in a peacefull location, minutes from the beach, this has become our home away from home. We highly recommend it.

“Near the Beach = fun!” i had a great time with my stay in Costa rica being right by the beach and having the pool right outside. The pool is gorgeous and always warm for late night swims! I am looking Forward for planning my next trip here!

“Well appointed house in nice development” We recently stayed here for a corporate team-building event (fishing trip). The kitchen is large and well appointed. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for reunions or events like ours. We lacked nothing.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Winter Paradise!” My wife and I stayed at this great place in January 2014 and it was wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. The canal was great to watch the fish jump and we saw Manatees almost every day. We especially liked the kayak and did a lot of site seeing from the ocean side. Migdy was great to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Awesome weekend!” The only thing wrong is that it went by too fast. Everything was very clean and stocked with everything! There was a huge snowstorm and everything was beautiful except the hot tub's cover froze! Can't fault mother nature! We'll definitely be back!!!

“Great Position, Great Condo, Great Place.” My Husband, 5yr old & I visited St Augustine for the first time & we stayed at Sand In My Shoes for a week to finish off our 3 week vacation. From arriving everyone was very helpful & welcoming, from the beaming smiles & waves from the guards who were manning the entrance to the very helpful staff at reception. On entering the condo there was a wonderful welcome basket from the owners with a some thoughtful necessities & instructions to help us settle in, which we were very gratefully for. The place itself was very clean & welcoming. The home is very spacious with comfy seating and great views over the large pond. The bedrooms are very spacious & everything was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The place is very well stocked & the owners have thought of everything possible to help make our stay as easy & enjoyable as possible. We visited the beach daily as its only a few mins walk to reach the most beautiful white sanded beach. & Although we visited in August the beach was quiet & we enjoyed the feeling of being on a nearly 'private; beach. St Augustine itself was a great place to visit with lots of local history. We had a wonderful time exploring the fort & pirate museum & strolling through the old town looking in all the little boutiques. My family & I have been visiting Florida every year for the last 15 years & we will definitely be returning to St Augustine sometime in the future as we found it to be the best seaside town we have had the pleasure of visiting in Florida so far. The next time we do visit St Augustine we will definitely return to Sand In My Shoes, & I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a stress free vacation in a beautiful, well stocked home by the beach, in a beautiful historic town.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited.
