“Wonderfully relaxing” My husband, 1 1/2 yr old, and myself vacationed here as a babymoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a lot of space for a 2 bdrm condo and we loved being able to have meals there instead of always eating out. I have no complaints at all! Kathy was always very responsive and extremely flexible. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great place for a large group.” We had a large group and this house fit everyone. It was great having a washer & dryer for all of the towels. We also enjoyed having a pool. The house had everything you could possibly need plus it's a short walk to the beach.

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Great Condo on Beach for Vacation Rental” Condo is even nicer than photos. A very spacious and relaxing 3 bedroom condo on Dover beach. End unit so master bedroom and patio has a wrap around view - a bonus. However, could be a little noisy with music on Friday nights from beach bar next door as at public beach entrance however, music only heard outside from patio, not when inside condo. Condo was very clean through out and the Condo building was very well maintained and secure. All staff encountered, including anita were warm and very helpful. Great location, just off the St. Lawrence Gap and lots of nearby restaurants and the like (ideally you would need to rent a car). Would recommend 100%

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Clearwater stay” The condo was very comfortable and close to all amenities. There was a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made ie screen doors for the deck area but did not effect us greatly. Great time and would rent again if returning to Clearwater.

“Family Reunion 2012” When I was 9 yrs old my whole family went on a beach trip. It was great. I was able to play with my cousins. We cooked out, and enjoyed each others company. Great memories. Last year my grandmother wanted us to relive that memory but with a new generation. Our children are the same age and everyone was able to attend. The house was fantastic. Having the pool and hot tub was a life saver. It was so close to the grocery store that our cookouts were a breeze. We enjoyed the area greatly. We even were able to have a photographer to meet us and have pictures on the beach. My grandmother said it was the best time of her life. She is 83. Thank you for helping us to make such a wonderful memory for us.
