“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Fantastic Kam Sands Condo!!!” We have stayed at Kamaole Sands a number of times now, and this is the best unit that we have found. The condo if very nicely upgraded, it has been very well maintained, and Joe and Gee have taken great care to make sure that it is fully stocked with all that you might need. “Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Great location and an Amazing View!” 5 of 5 12 days was not long enough! We totally enjoyed our time at Sunset Beach during Christmas/New Years. The unit had a great location steps from 3 pools/swim up bar and Hot Tub. The views of the Pacific Ocean were breath taking. I would defiantly return to the resort in future years. Dennis was great to deal with and very attentive to any questions or concerns that came up.

“Everything you need in a beautiful setting” We ( me, my husband and adult daughter) stayed 8 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment! It was huge! 2 big bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a Living room and a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a restaurant, a bar, gym, launderette, 1 family pool, 1 Adult pool, 2 jacuzzis, happy hours, entertainment, free bus service to the beach, free pool and beach towels are provided. What more can you ask for. The apartment is away from the main strip- therefore it is quiet at night. It's only an easy 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and 25 minutes to the beach. The beach bar you are taken to provide free sunbeds, free iced water. Serves food and drinks- but don't constantly pressure you to purchase. We had a relaxed vacation here. Hopefully we will be back.

“Fabulous time!” The staff was so friendly and helpful! They provided Beach towels and a pass to a couple of local beaches even though we preferred to go to other places. The apartments were clean and had all the utensils we needed. Towels were changed daily and we felt very safe there. There are a couple of small local supermarkets in the area as well. They have a nice barbecue area. I absolutely would go back!!!! On a sidenote it's a lot more convenient to rent a car so you're able to see the island from a lot of different perspectives not just as a tourist. ENJOY!

“Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“Great Value” Caribbean Palm Village is an older resort that has been well maintained. The 2 pools were very clean and there was ample seating at each. The 2 hot tubs were very enjoyable. The one bedroom unit was very spacious and had 2 full bathrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen and a good sized living dinning area. We especially enjoyed having a morning coffee on the deck. This resort is a little off the beaten path so it is a quite retreat. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. It is an exception value for the price paid. This was our 3rd trip to the resort and we will definitely be returning.
