“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Relaxing and carefree” We had such a wonderful and memorable weekend. Very picturesque and ever so quiet when you're there mid season. There were wineries and breweries within a short driving distance, and the local restaurants are spot on. I would not suggest using GPS, it gets you in the vicinity but not to the right house. Thank goodness for pictures of the house. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, but bring your own trash bags and sandwich bags etc. The master bath and bed is very nice. We loved the bed so much that we are buying a mattress exactly like it because we slept so well. My only other suggestion would be to have the house ready for arrival. The house was cold, and the entry way was not swept, I picked up a few pieces of trash laying around on the driveway, but I am a Manager of a very nice Boutique Hotel so I notice these small things. All in all it was so lovely and I would definitely stay again.

“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Kelly's Property Description Is Spot On.” Excellent property in a great location. Easy walk to either Waikiki beach or ala Moana Park.Thank you so much to the owner Kelly, she always replied promptly to all emails and was very professional. I have to admit I was a little nervous booking something online but I can promise the condo is just like the pictures. Everything was clean and spotless and the murphy bed was very comfy, the beautiful kitchen is full equiped. Thanks again Kelly and we can't wait to come back again!

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. “Perfect place to get away from it all.” Cozy, comfortable, & clean cabin. Plenty of things to do without leaving the cabin, or within a short drive (pool). If you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is a perfect place. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pond or pool much. But the hot tub & pool table got plenty of use! The kids loved it and are already asking when we can go back!
