“Escape from reality” My husband and I both have high-pressure jobs. We were looking for an escape from the grind. We found it at Water's Edge. As we entered the gate of this quaint island paradise reality melted away. The main living area is open and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. But I can't say that we spent much time in the house... The view from the back patio is breathtaking. The doors open to a beautiful outdoor living space which overlooks the Caribbean. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside! The days were lazy, filled with much needed R&R.; We read books, napped in the hammock, and simply enjoyed the sun and the seascape. The home has direct access to the water, and the pool is perfect for that quick dip to cool off. Although we were looking for a quiet getaway, nightlife was not far away. We found it easy to get over to Paradise Island for some dinner and gambling at atlantis. We enjoyed our trip so much we returned with our daughter the following year. She enjoyed it as much as we did. We've got a new baby at home, but are looking forward to getting back to Water's Edge soon.

“We will definitiely visit this property again soon!” We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Wow! Complete paradise! Can't wait to go back again... and again” This was our second time to the Lattice House and it was even more spectacular than the first time. Besides the house and property being absolutely gorgeous, the people are amazing (especially the house host, Ana!) and the wildlife and nature is second to none. Wether staying at the house or going on excursions, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying and living up every second. This time, the "lawn" and surrounding area was cleared out more and trails were marked. We headed down to the waterfall but beware, it is a little bit of a hike but completely worth it! We picked fruit from the orchard for fruit bowls for breakfast and spent as much time as we could in the infinity pool. Highly recommend waking up early with the howler monkeys in the morning. The animals are super active at this time and we even saw a family of wild boars on property. So awesome. Ana, the house host was the best. She was always readily accessible and answered all our questions and gave us the best recommendations. This is the best vacation we have ever been on (twice!) and can't wait to go back next year.

“would stay here again!” We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The owner was easy to deal with, very pleasant and efficient with communication. The villa itself is in a great location, with good amenities close by. The local bar is a great place to while away a few hours and watch the world go by. The villa itself was actually far nicer and more modern than the photos indicated, and we appreciated the bbq and plunge pool. Accommodations were more than comfortable for a party of 4 adults and one small child. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again if we were returning to Tobago with friends.

“Great place for a large group.” We had a large group and this house fit everyone. It was great having a washer & dryer for all of the towels. We also enjoyed having a pool. The house had everything you could possibly need plus it's a short walk to the beach.

“Great Location” My family just spent 8 days in Nassau at Ocean Paradise. It was a fantastic location for a relaxing beach vacation. We swam in the ocean every day and enjoyed the fabulous views/ The house was in good shape and very well suited to families.I have used Vrob for many years and Catherine was a great hostess. We will definitely book this house again.

"A Mid-Winter Night's Dream" Grand Cayman Oceanfront, Quiet, Secluded, Rum Point

“Winter Getaway” This was not our first trip to Grand Cayman and we are very familiar with the island and what is available by way of accommodation. We have always been partial to the North Side. It offers the peace and tranquillity that you cannot find on 7 Mile Beach and “A Mid-Winter Night’s Dream” has definitely offered us the best experience so far. The condo was as described, very clean and so well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Definitely the best unit in the complex. We had a direct unobstructed view of the ocean and although we had planned to eat dinner at nearby restaurants, we spent most evenings dining on the lanai listing to the sounds of the ocean. Great snorkeling, very private beach and surrounding area. My husband and I highly recommend this property. “PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!
