“Love love love!” We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Anita was extremely helpful and the house was beautiful! We loved sitting outside and listening to the stream and the hot tub was perfect! Our stay was just what the doctor ordered and we loved every minute of it! The location of the cabin is amazing too because you are secluded while being a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!

“Escape from reality” My husband and I both have high-pressure jobs. We were looking for an escape from the grind. We found it at Water's Edge. As we entered the gate of this quaint island paradise reality melted away. The main living area is open and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. But I can't say that we spent much time in the house... The view from the back patio is breathtaking. The doors open to a beautiful outdoor living space which overlooks the Caribbean. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside! The days were lazy, filled with much needed R&R.; We read books, napped in the hammock, and simply enjoyed the sun and the seascape. The home has direct access to the water, and the pool is perfect for that quick dip to cool off. Although we were looking for a quiet getaway, nightlife was not far away. We found it easy to get over to Paradise Island for some dinner and gambling at atlantis. We enjoyed our trip so much we returned with our daughter the following year. She enjoyed it as much as we did. We've got a new baby at home, but are looking forward to getting back to Water's Edge soon.

“Complete Perfection” The house was perfect, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time as did all of our guests. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the broken blind in the sunroom which unfortunately left a direct line from another houses security light straight to the bed. Easy fix. We loved it and hope to come back next year!

“A wonderful place to be!” Our rental was right on the pool/beach. It was perfect! Gorgeous pool and the beach - beautiful, private - everything you could want. The cottages were spacious, clean and kitschy. They had everything you needed. You could tell good people stayed there as everything was well kept and stocked. The owner, Liz, was lovely and even though we had no pets, every pup there was well behaved and everyone was respectful of the rules. The people staying at the other cottages were wonderful and had stayed there before. Obviously Liz knows what she’s doing . My parents also stayed with us and both of them loved the place. The beds were very comfortable which doesn’t always happen in rentals. Hoping to see you next year! Cheers!

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Beautiful home” We had a week long stay scheduled. It was beautiful. The house was amazing and the view was perfect. We had to cut our trip short though. There are so many stairs and the stairs down to the river were way too much. I wouldnt suggest this property for anyone with health conditions, pregnancy or small children with them. It would be perfect for young couples or older groups who are in excellent shape. Jeff Hayes was amazing to deal with as was Flip Key advisors. It was such a smooth way to book a beautiful home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

“Best Vacation Ever!” My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!

“Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. “Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.
