“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Best Vacation Ever!” My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!

“one of the best vacations ever!!!” I stayed at this beach house over memorial weekend. This house was the perfect beach house with an amazing location and view. The house was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable staying there. it was a great weekend for my family and the kids had the best time playing in the ocean most of the day. Amber was very responsive to anything we needed and she made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend this house and I do plan on going back someday!

“Paradise Found” The first time I traveled to the Chateau was in 1995 for my honeymoon. Since then I have returned four times. There was no internet then, and only a few pictures provided via snail mail. We were so suprised at the wonder of the Chateau and surrounding area. Getting to the Chateau is the biggest challenge best to fly into Kingston and rent a car and driver. The driver will get you there safetly and then you have care to enjoy all Port Antonio has to offer. The driver returns when you leave and takes the drive back to the airport. The Chateau is beautiful. The pictures on the intenet show the real thing, they are not shot at the best angles, but really show what is there and what you get. The three bedrooms all have seperate bathrooms, so perfect for couples traveling together. The views are spectacular from the Chateua and it will become for ever engrained in your memeroy. The staff truly help to make you vacation spectacular. Nalbert, Doris, and Sylvia are the best. Drois cooks the best food ever, no restuarant has ever compared. She will cook what you want and take you to the store to get all that will be needed for the trip. You will be suprised at the fantasic meals she creates from the shopping adventure. You do not need to go with, but do as it is a geat experience and a way to ease in around Port Antonio. Sulvia keeps the place spotless and always has a huge smile. Nalbert will take care of all of your needs and is a wealth of information about Jamaica itself and the area. The staff are there when you need them and disappear quietly when you don't. Port Antonio itself is the most beautiful place I have ever been. I have travelled through out the caribbean and Mexico, and still is the most beautiful place on earth. The vegitation is huges, the rivers so serene, and the beaches will make you long to see them again. The best parts, there are no crowds. If you are looking for paradise this is the place to be!!!

“Wonderful place” We where two families of 13 had an opportunity to stay in this house for a week and we didn't want to leave. Myrna & Eric was very prompt to answer all the questions (1st time renter) and kindly work with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived, the house keeper was there to greet us with her smile and Alex the local manager to explain how everything was working. The house was everything that Myrna told us: a very big, clean, well kept, organized house. Everything we need was there so that we could have a very comfortable vacation. We felt very at home. The house is very private in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard, full of plants and trees to please our eyes. The pool were very well kept and inviting so our kids jumped right after we got situated. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach or 5 avenue. Both beach and 5 avenue was amazing. We highly recommend this house to all our friends and other families. Since we only had a week vacation this time, we plan to come back here when we visit Playa Del Carmen again. Hopefully, the house will be available for us again. Thank you to all. You made our vacation so wonderful.

“Can't wait to go back!” We had an amazing time on our girls getaway to beautiful Bequia. My friends and I wanted to go on one last trip before one of us got married. We needed to stay somewhere special, spacious and relaxing, and didn't want to be jammed into a hotel room. It was 8 of us so space was essential. Sadewa Villa was the perfect place. It had all the space we needed and the house was modern and truly lovely. Even better, it seemed like we were on our own private island because there was nobody around even though were were only a few minutes from the beach and town. “Two weeks in Lisbon” For two weeks our family, which included two girls aged 25 & 22 enjoyed a wonderful experience. Our hosts Miguel and his sister Mafalda were absolutely perfect . Miguel was always prompt to reply to my endless email questions.Mafalda and her charming partner Francisco were totally amazing and greeted us upon arrival, walked us around the labyrinth of narrow streets to orientate ourselves, and even drove us to the fresh markets the next morning. We relaxed into the Lisbon way of life quickly, this meant walking everywhere, eating amazing Portuguese pastries, drinking superb wine, watching sunsets from a gorgeous hilltop cafe/ bar, eating very late. The girls enjoyed the bar atmosphere in the late evenings, and found it very safe compared to Sydney nightlife. Driving the narrow streets around the Lisbon centre was very hectic for us as the lanes were intensely narrow, only one way, and hectic, the car navigating device was the only saviour, but even then we did make many directional errors. Parking was available very close by and it was secure, undercover and 24 hours. Brilliant. We only used the car for day trips out of Lisbon, otherwise it would stay in the parking for over 24 hours, which was no problem, very inexpensive rates. Mafalda had even arranged for the cleaners to arrive half way through our stay. They were so efficient, ( even folded clothes). Our only complaint would have been that the beds were very firm, however,that could be a personal preference. We left wanting more time as there were so many things to enjoy.
