“Super Friendly” Great folks running this place. They really give the home town experience with amenities of a major hotel. This property is right next to a beautiful lake. The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. Really pleased with vacation this has turned into and relaxation is the key!

“Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive” The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. Awesome experience, thanks for sharing, Mr. Juneau - And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -

“Great condo. Awesome location! Helpful owners!” Perfect ptc location. Wonderful views, short walk to the beach, great restaurants, sling shot right across the street, cute little bar with great drink options on property. “Family Vacation” My Sister in Law and I shared this condo with our family. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us to spread out. The balcony views were gorgeous and the location made for easy daily trips to the beach. The first few days of our stay the elevator situation was a nightmare and we had to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes at a time for an elevator. Stairs were not an option when you have little kids and beach carts in tow. Luckily this problem was fixed within a few days. The Host provided helpful information regarding local cuisine, tips on setting up at the beach and local attractions. Parking was a issue. I misunderstood and thought we were assigned parking places but its first come first served. There are two parking garages that are available for guests with two parking passes per condo but the complex does not patrol this area and often people off the street without passes would park in these garages taking up spaces away from paying guests.. it was frustrating. We ended up having to park quite a distance away from the condo despite paying for our parking passes. None of my complaints are with the Host. He did a great job communicating with me and answering my questions. The condo was everything that we were expecting from the pictures and more. We loved our stay.
