“A wonderful silver wedding weekend for us” We stayed with my husband's 2 daughters, their partners and 6 year old granddaughter, and we were made very welcome. The place is lovely, with comfortable rooms and beautiful gardens, and the warm sunny weather made it perfect. The breakfast choices (my husband and I were in a B&B; room and the others in the cottage) were excellent. Maddie loved the animals and the play facilities and we all felt very relaxed. We appreciated the extras like fruit and biscuits. And Bradford upon avon is certainly worth a visit.

“A very enjoyable stay in Cheyne Cottage Potterne.” A very friendly welcome from Bruce Jones. Spacious accommodation in a very pretty village. A busy friendly local pub, post office and shop which sells morning papera, groceries etc. A visit inside the church is a must and so close. Good area for many attractions, as well as the obvious attractions we enjoyed a visit to Caen locks. The views were great and there is a little teashop and all for a £1 parking. Good place to walk and for a picnic.

“CUTE, COZY COTTAGE” We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this cottage. It is secluded, well equipped, roomy, and the wooded back garden was delightful. This is a great place to spend quiet relaxing time and conveniently located to many local areas of interest. We will be back.

“Fantastic cottage” Really enjoyed our stay here over Easter. Lovey cottage in a lovely location. Fantastic countryside views and plenty to do in the local area. A very reasonable price as well. The local pub -Bath arms - in Crockerton serves excellent food and beer.

“Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and tasteful - plus helpful,” We have visited In-B-Tween Cottage twice so far - and will definitely return again. Our first visit was shortly after the current owner first took over the cottage - and had refurbished it to a high standard. Linda has always been so helpful and friendly - dealing with our short stay requests and cheerfully accommodating either one or both of our daughters at short notice, depending on their availability. The property has always been clean, welcoming and well equipped - and the view of Wells Cathedral is wonderful. Wells is a great centre -brilliant as a base for touring Somerset, close enough to Bath and Bristol, small enough so you feel immediately "at home" but having a decent range of pubs and restaurants should you not want to cook in the evening. Not sure I should rate In-B-Tween Cottage so highly - it might get so popular that our spur of the moment request for stays will not be available! The only (very) minor, but unavoidable disadvantage is the ground floor room, which is quite dark, but, as this is only used for the "plus two" sleeping, it has not detracted from our visits and is more than outweighed by the 1st floor living accommodation and the 2nd floor bedroom.
