One only mobile home maintained to a very high standard complete with full length covered porch. Only one mile from market town and one supermarket . Approx . 30 mins from Looe , Plymouth and Dartmoor. Riverside walks ( National Trust ) 1/4 mile from caravan . Superb choice of restaurants and pubs - some within walking distance .

“Wonderful views/very peaceful”
John and Rachel were perfect hosts,the accommodation was superb, very clean and organised. Everything you need.perfect location for city /beach days out.local amenities were excellent,just the perfect holiday.

“Peace and quiet”
From initial booking to arriving at the farm things couldn't have been any easier John was in touch with us a few days before arrival date. John showed us round the caravan and was very knowledgeable about the local area having been born on the farm. The caravan is in it's own field with a barbecue and a picnic table so quite, you occasionally have a couple of nosy noisy neighbours who come round just to have a look at you (guinea fowl). Rachel usually deals with the caravan but she has been ill so it was down to John Rachel did call round on our first day to check everything was OK with the caravan we were very happy with it, the caravan is well equipped with everything you needed. The view from the caravan is to die for and is ideally situated. We went out every day to places like Bude and Looe all within a 30 minute drive the donkey sanctuary is very close by as well. Thanks for the lovely view and the peace and tranquility. We will recommend this place to friends and family.
