This villa-style accommodation in Tamar Valley Resort can sleep four people in two bedrooms.St Annes 24 villa in Tamar Valley Resort, an AOB is less than 10 miles from the coast. The villa sleeps four people and has a double bedroom and a twin, bathroom and cloakroom on the ground floor. The first floor is open plan with doors leading onto a balcony with furniture for sunshine breakfasts. The communal grounds have lawns, with indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. Onsite facilities include a bar, restaurant and shop. There is off street parking for one car. Within a mile is the pub and a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele Tudor House set above the River Tamar. Visit the sandy beach at Whitsand Bay or Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with moorlands and historic sites. St Ann's makes a comfortable base explore or unwind. Please note, WiFi is on the park, it is not available at the accommodation

Town: Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
